Dismantling a set of 03 no. of old 33 kV Current Transformers, 400/5-5 Amps in the Outgoing Bay.

Installation, testing and commissioning of a set of 03 no. new 33 kV CTs, 400/5-5 Amps in the Outgoing Bay.

Supplying and drawing 4 X 6 Sq. mm size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable in the existing surface /recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of three 11 KV disc insulator for 33 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts,nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of single piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 33 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 30 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 10 KA (station class) and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : 120 sq. mm. (For 11 kV Incoming / Outgoing connecting cables of 02 nos. of installed 11 kV VCBs).

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required : 120 sq. mm. (For 11 kV connecting cables on Poles).

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Upto 120 sq. mm.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. (For 04 no. of the GOAB switches installed in the tie line arrangement of CHP, Piparwar and Ashok Mine feeder).

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm).

Painting of pole including bracket and Cross Arms of Overhead line / Pole with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats of Aluminium Paint. (For 12 no. of poles in the Tie-line structure).

Providing and fixing 100 A, 30 KA, FPMCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. (For 440 Volt AC power distribution control Panel).

Dismantling of pole /street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required. (For dismantling of damaged lighting poles within the sub-station premise).
