Providing and Laying in position Reinforced cement concrete work with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand zone-III derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources ) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level: as per D.S.R.Item No.5.2.2

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation & plinth in:cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per DSR Code No. 6.1.2

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend" rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete in Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. As per SI. No.- 5.22B.1

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundation, footing, bases of column etc for mass concrete as per DSR Code No. 5.9.1
