Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises (outside the complex area) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of Screed bed of Cement mortar 1:6 or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed over and including screed bed 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including roughening the existing floor surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including rendering of 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in edges of floor, in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of oil bound distember over and including one coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for one coat of oil bound distemper on old decorated surface of walls including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down, easing & refixing of shutters in same opening, of any description exc 1 sq.m and n.exc 2 sq.m each complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) slabs/tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing over and including 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of Granite slabs, both edges as in steps and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, getting out in hard/dense soil etc., including trimming bottom and sides of trenches, leveling/grading and ramming bottom of excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance exc 1.5 KM but n.exc 5 KM and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width Type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate ) and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar in 1:4 on fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smoothe without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas, in Hard/dense soil n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2 (40 mm graded crushed sone aggregate) as in sub- base of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors and pavings and finishing the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel railing/balusters/Pole of 16 gauge(1.62 mm thick) of Grade 304, the SS railing/balusters/Pole be made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. including welding, granding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (whereever required) and fitted with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts etc mirror finish including cutting holes into Granite and making good the surface. The SS tubes shall be 50mm dia, height of the railing/balusters/Pole shall be 60 CM from granite top base and the spacing between tubes pole shall be 1m C/C. The stainless steel chromium plated swing chain, size shall be 12mm, shall be fixed between the tube pole to pole, to be fitted at the height of 7.5 cm from the top of the SS tube pole, the swing chain shall be hanged between SS Tube pole such that, the bottom level of the swing chain shall be at about 30cm from top of the granite base at center of the two SS Tube poles. The top of the SS railing/balusters/Pole pole shall be coverd witht the necessary SS plates and D Brackets on bottom of railing/balusters/Pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel sheet moulding/bending as required of Grade 304 mirror finish including cutting holes into RCC/Granite, fixing, with steel dash fastners of required and approved size to take sufficient load of sheet etc. including fabrication, polishing and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or undecorated plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved tint over and including priming coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 5 Km out side MoD/Unit land including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
