Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust, mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (incl supply of road metal), applying tack coat of bituminous primer (paving bitumen) @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm putting in premix bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg per 10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone shipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (incl supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot hole exc 30 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-30 at 10 Kg/10 Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 1 (90 to 40 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer (VG-30) at 5 Kg/10 Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content with paving bitumen VG-30, filler cement as per recommendation of design by weight of total mix from hot mix plant, rolled by with 8 to 12 tonne vibrating (tandom) road roller to confirm uniform surface and compacted to required gradient complete with mechanical paver, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premixed Bituminous Macadam with 4% binder content by weight of total mix laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt consisting of an intermate homogeneous mixture on mineral filler, well graded fine and coarse aggregate industrial grade 85/25 bitumen as per IS 73 of 2006 cooked at 170 degree to 200 degree centigrade laid hot trowelled and floated by means of wooden float bitumen mastic after spreading with while still hot in plastic condition shall spread over with bituminous precoated fine aggregate of size 20 mm @ 0.005 cum per 10 sqm mixed with 0.17 Kg per Sqm of industrial bitumen grade 85/25 for antistaciding including all material, labour, tools and plants, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum, spread thickness in 75 mm, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required as berms, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 ( 150 x 150 x 300 mm) type B1, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.
