First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coase sand mortar in foundation and plinth including suplly of all material, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion.

Providing and laying of cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 fine sand :12 graded brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including curing supply of all material labour T&P etc. complete in all respect required for proper completion of the work. (SI. 273)

Laying C.C. on edging toewall consisting of 1:2:4 (1 cement coarse sand and approved 2 cm (1.5) gauge stone ballast.

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80 mm as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504.

Maintenance cost of 2ndyear @0.25% cost of work

Maintenance cost of 3rd year @0.50% cost of work

Maintenance cost of 4th year @0.75% cost of work

Maintenance cost of 5th year @1.00% cost of work
