SCHEDULE 'A'

Repairs to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scouring sunken surface in roads path etc, cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming complete (incl supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer@ 3.00 Kg/10 Sqm using cationic emulsion RS1 grade over black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 30mm thick (Consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) with 5.5% binder content by weight to total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep as in soft/loose soil in berms including removal complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (spread thickness) moorum/red bajri filling in road, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor / paving not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above GL, unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregare)100mm thick in sub base of floor finished even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B1, 1 : 2 : 4, 50mm thick (using 20mm graded aggregate) finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tile 30 cm x 30 cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including cement mortar bedding 20mm thick in CM 1 : 6, complete all as specified and directed.
