Note:(i) The rate should be Quoted considering the high rise nature of building and necessary scaffolding and safety precaution. (ii) Entire building to be covered with green cloth on MS scafolding uptoTOP floor and necessary precaution sign board to be placed around the building before commencement and completiom of work. (iii) Debries removed outside Mod Land.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling upto any thickness including mossaic tiles (including cement mortat bedding but not backing),rate includes removing dismantled materials such as serviceable/unservicesble tiles,etc. out side MOD land and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces of size 600x1200x10 mm thick including over 10mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying tile finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for double charged light shade coloured vitrified tiles of size 1200mm X1800mm and 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished in floors etc. at horizontal/vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:6, including drak border/design/ pattern of same size of tiles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L 18 to 20mm Granite stone slab 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed horizental/vertical such as in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and lik with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20mm thick Makrana marble stone slabe of any colour and size machine cut, bedded and jointed horizental/vertical such as in floors, steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms WHB platform and lik with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble stone including cutting ,molding,and polishing types and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each but with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) includes removing dismantled materials such as serviceable/unservicesble chowkets or frames,etc. out side MOD landcomplete all as specified and as directed

-ditto- as per Item No. 10 above but n.exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fixing 40mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and both faces covered with decorative face veeners with lipping / frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, in opening as per specification and drawings shown in SSR Part II.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 30 mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & manufacturers instructions.

S&F 2nd class hard wood plain solid, straight, chowkats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid , rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron 25 x 3 mm such as in hold fast etc or similar small articles conforming to Fe- 410-0 or 310-0 all as specified and directed.

M&L extruded aluminium alloy Butt hinges with glavanised mild steel hinge pin anodized type B-21 fixed 100m long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 12 to14mm thick, toughened glass for door, shutters, partitions, sheves etc with and including fitting and fixtures such as glass handles ss studs, foundation box, springs 1st class hard wooden/aluminiam patti etc fittings for door pivots etc complete all as directed.

S&F 3D PVC Wall Panels/lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement nail etc. and fxing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawings including 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specifications and drawings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for POP false ceiling using 600X900x12 mm thick plaster of paris with gypsum binder sheet decorative type and necessary provision for concealed type light fittings, fixed on 22 gauge GI channel grid work, main joist of size 50x25 mm spaced at 750 mm centre, secondary joist of size 75X20 mm fixed to main joists spaced at 900mm, suspended to roof members using 25x25x2 mm GI angles and fasteners @ 1.2 M C/C, including complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing taken down materials such as cement plaster,etc. out side MOD accomodation land and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, full or half bircks works straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls and finised surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L rendering 5 mm thick cement plastering concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed, as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge..

M & L for rendering, 20 mm (15mm+5mm) thick cement plaster 1:4 on brick work/concrete surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment) over one coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed ( The tint and shade be as approved by the GE) The treatment shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of the firm and at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling including scrapping and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over layer of smooth wall care Putty finish as required punning 3mm thick over a coat of primer strictly as per manufactuure instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed.

(Note: after painting ,cleaning of all floors,glass & furniture by own arrangement).
