Cutting of grass with grass cutting machine (Operation based on petrol) to required shape as per instruction of the Engr.I/C.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, , brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and spreading of sand in lawn area, including watering, and dressing complete

Supplying of manure and pesticides/insectisides in a phased manner as per requirement as per direction of Engineer In charge : Urea .

Supplying of manure and pesticides/insectisides in a phased manner as per requirement as per direction of Engineer In charge : Gromor 28-28-0 .

Supplying of manure and pesticides/insectisides in a phased manner as per requirement as per direction of Engineer In charge : Bone meal dust .

Supplying of manure and pesticides/insectisides in a phased manner as per requirement as per direction of Engineer In charge : Thimate .

Cleaning of Concrete or blacktop coal transport roads by brooming and disposal of collected debris/ waste at collection pit/ dustbins or at specified locations within a lead of 50 metres including all tools & plants like spade, basket, brooms with handle stick complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Up keeping of inside office/ service / welfare buildings including: a) Cleaning of floors by brooming and mopping, walls ceiling, partitions, chairs, tables, almirahs, staircases, verandahs, balconies, window glass panes, small drain adjoining plinth protection etc. once in a day in the office building daily in all working days. (b) Cleaning of bathroom / toilets once in a day with water, detergent, phenyl etc. daily in working days inclusive of Cost of detergents and other toiletaries as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning of Drains without siltation or sludge deposition: Open Surface drain above 250 mm width.

Carriage of garbage or earth mixed other wastes by tractor trolley including manual loading and unloading and disposing at garbage dumps or at any other specified location as per the direction of Engineer- In-Charge.(ii) For lead of 2 km .

Day to day maintenance of greens tee and bunkers including required shapeing level , watering , rolling , spraying sand , fertilizer and pesticides if any complete as per the instruction of engineer-in-charge (sand , fertilizer etc. will be paid separately) 3 nos unskilled workers and 01 no semiskilled mali to be engaged.

Providing and displaying of Areca Palm having ht. 90 cm to 1.20 m with 4 to 5 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-incharge.

Providing and displaying of Croton Challenger variety having ht. 30cm and above, well developed with full of fresh and healthy leaves in 20 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Budded Rose (H.T. variety) 3 to 4 healthy branch 30 cm and above ht. well developed with one and above flower plant in 20 cm Earthen Pot, as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
