Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing & fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid blocks including hoisting and setting in position in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering and curing complete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominalsize) Super structure.

Providing and laying DPC 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) Nallah

Providing and fixing panelled or and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked black enameled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws excluding, paneling which will be paid for separately.

15mm thick cement plaster on rough side of stone wall of mix 1:4(1 cement: 4 Fine sand)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work.(2 or more coats) Qty. vide item no.(7)=108.92sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.Vide item no.

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete item 7=)=108.92sqm
