Taking out Existing Street / security lights any type and size and Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 90 watts , 140 V - 270 V , 50Hz AC outdoor type in replacement with high pressure die cast alluminium housing with top opening service and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket , with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection , Light source High efficiency long life LED package modules on MCPCB with LED lumen efficacy of >100 lumen per watt, Electronic Driver Powered by Built-in, isolated electronic LED driver (SMPS based constant current supply) with lower THD, Output Open / Short Circuit protection, Phase to Phase protection, Over Voltage protection, 10 kV surge protection, Surge Voltage protection & other safety tests as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec13 completed to driver with superior finish with top maintainable driver compartment complete with the fittings arrangement for fixing on existing bracket etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : LM 79 and 80 test certificate submitted before executing of the work)

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT underground cables 16 sqmm x 4core, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-7098 (marked, laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on poles / laid under roads / paths / drain / culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Note;- Rate quoted includes terminal Lugs / road cutting/ floor cutting/ Inter locking floor and making good damaged portion matching with existing surface with all existing finishes.) including taking old us cable any type and size.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/Loose soil including trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below 8 cm laid before laying of cable and 15 cm sand cable laid after laying the cable and around underground cables for cushioning of cables complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with standard size fly ash bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unsv pole PCC and Supplying, transporting to site, erecting, and fixing in position, steel tubular swaged and welded poles of Overall height 9 metres, type 410 SP-31, IS-2713 marked, with mild steel base plate (fillet welded to poles), pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc, including painting on the outside with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on steel surface embedded in concrete and painting 05 nos band /strips with fluorescent , PO box red synthetic enamel paint ( 30 cm wide each) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block of colour black and Green with numbering of poles, including the existing service line/ Chanel/ street lights Brackets with street lights /JBs complete allied items shifting the new pole complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- Poles shall be swaged and welded at manufacturer’s factory and not at site. The inner surface shall be factory painted)

M&L for PCC (1:4:8)type D2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation(below pole ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole etc. (around the poles in pit) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles including necessary form work, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unsv conduit any type and size and Supply & fixing Unplasticised PVC pipes of prssure rating 10Kgf/cmSq 25 mm bore and 3mm thick complete fixed on pole using suitable clamps nuts & bolts (not less than 03 Nos) complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out existing unsv connection wire any type and size and S&F for one runs of three core 1.5 Sqmm x 3 core (nominal area) PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multi stranded unarmed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volt grade Confirming to IS : 7098 drawn through pipe/ pole for connecting to street light and pole JB with lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unsv DBs and MCB any type and Supply and fixing SPN DBs 2way for MCB complete with SPN Isolator 63 Amp, suitable for domestic loading, 240 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing unserviceable Isolator DP and S & F Isolator DP, 40 Amps, 240 Volts ,'C' curve rating and to be housed in existing sheet metal enclosures ( distribution boxes) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing unserviceable wall fans and Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair/replacement MCB , SP, AC, 240 volts of 05 to 32 Amps capacity 10KA, 'C' series and making connections with suitable size of copper lugs complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with 6 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, two single core, 1100 Volts grade, stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed,FRLSH copper conductor stranded cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 6.0 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core , PVC insulated, copper conductor stranded cable drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit of 25 mm dia, medium grade with all conduit accessories/ fittings ,brass screws, washers etc and connected to common earth dolly including all cutting/ chases etc in wall, making good to walls etc including two coats of white/ colour washing/distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified & directed including taking out old u/s sub main wiring any size.
