Motor shall be suitable for 415±10% volts, 50 cycles/second, 3 phase AC supply including copper refrigerant piping, electrical / mechanicals inter connections suitable for operation on Non CFC refrigerant gases like R-32 / R-407C / R-410A refrigerants and of nominal cooling capacity of not less than 34TR with DOL starter type with power consumption and rated current as per OEM recommendation, AHRI efficiency of 1.17 kW/TR with evaporator with evaporator fluid as water with water pressure drop of 32.6 Kpa and fouling factor of 0.0001 FPS Units with minimum difference between leaving temperature and entering temperature of 5 to 6 degree centigrade with design flow rate of 5.17 LPS comprises of Copper condenser coil and Aluminium fins including suitable / adequate capacity of chilled water pumping pump sets of capacity as per OEM recommendation complete all as recommended by OEM of AC plant complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-insulated MS pipe 150mm dia, Class 'C' having thickness of PUF insulation 36 mm of density 36 Kg/Cum and 26 gauge GI cladding complete suitable for above ground as per sizes shown complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 3 inch (80mm) balancing valve including all misc requirements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of inverter type split unit of capacity 2.0 TR, 5 Star rated, indoor and outdoor complete with Non-CFC refrigerant gases like R-32 / R407C / R410a etc, inverter type, turbo cooling, twin rotary compressor BDLC type, wide air flow blade, wide powerful air throw, with minimum filters like anti dust filter, anti microbial filter, anti bacterial coating, adjustable temperature settings, active dehumidifier, auto restart 24 hrs. timer, auto cooling fan mode with adjustable variable speed settings, operating on 230 Volt single phase AC supply, 50Hz and also compatible for wide range of voltage variations (i.e 170v - 260v) with cordless remote control unit, display, adjustable swing, noise level less than 45db for indoor unit and filter configuration complete including necessary all electrical and mechanical connections as required for complete operation of AC unit and necessary fixing arrangement as per relevant IS (indoor unit at suitable place and height inside the room and out door unit at suitable place and as directed including metallic bracket with fixing place suitable size and length bolts for outdoor unit and including necessary insulated copper piping and drain pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 5 KVA capacity electronic voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled , copper wound, indoor type & designed for input variation between 90 VAC - 300 VAC with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% with output current rating 15 Amp with in built thermal overload protection, high and low voltage cut-off protection and smart digital display complete all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out unserviceable submain wiring and replacement with new sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS 1100 volts grade cable drawn through and including PVC conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall, ceiling etc. ISI marked 32mm dia (external) with wall thickness not less than 1.8mm with conduit accessories fixed on wall/roof and one run of 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS 1100 volts grade cable as earth conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out unserviceable MCB and replacement with new single pole MCB 6 to 32 Amps, 240 V, 50 Hz AC suitable for existing loads (curve shall be provided as per existing loads) 10 KA breaking capacity conforming to IS 8828 of 1996 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out unserviceable conduit and replacement with new rigid / flexible non-metallic PVC conduit exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. incl making good to the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting channels, grooves or rebates n.exc 15cm girth and trimming surface (concealed wiring) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling and disconnecting of existing BER ACs including voltage stabilizers and shifting to EM store yard at GE Sulur complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected with GI earth strip 32mmx6 mm thick and bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, connecting to test point, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I incl necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, and provn of test point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
