Replacement of Generator Stator slot wedges along with slot liners for Unit 8 at MGHE Power House, Jogfalls-577435

i) Supply of Generator Slot Wedge fiber Glass Epoxy Sheet G11/Class F or above as per site requirement.(Existing wedge is of size 30mm width x 4mm Thickness x 232mm Length with tapered ends) Note- Stator Consists of 144slots with 05Nos. Wedges in each slot.ii)Supply of Generator Slot Liners Texolite as per site requirement for tightening of all wedges (Existing is of 25mm width x 1mm Thickness x 1500mm) iii)Supply of Generator Slot Liners Texolite as per site requirement for tightening of all wedges(Existing is of 25mm width x 0.5mm Thickness x 1500mm) iv)Dismantling of existing stator slot wedges & slot liners v)Installation of Generator Slot Wedges & slot liners including all consumables such as Epoxy Resins, Hardeners, thinners etc., complete for 144Nos. of Stator slots of Unit 8 vi)Testing charges to check the tightness of installed slot wedges (The testing shall be done by NABL-Accredited Agencies/ authorized agencies and submit reports)
