Cleaning, removing all scale, dust, dirt and elgy using wire/jute brush from inside of RCC/PVC tanks and connected pipe removing to a distance of not less than 250mtrs, washing the tank/pipe with bleaching power solution and finally applying 2% potassium permangnate solution for disinfection, including marking with black paint on white base on tank "Tank cleaned on ____ Dt_____". Capacity 500 Ltrs all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 162.00 above but capacity 1000 litres.

S&F in repairs PVC waste pipe for WHB and sink complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium doors shutters only (area exc 1.0 sqm but not exc 2.0 sqm each) and dismantling all members and reassembling the same with and including new screws, new rubber gasket, new aluminium beads & cleats of existing make and also refixing the handles & mortice locks in existing position with and including new screws including refixing the door shutters in same opening complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down aluminium doors shutters only (area exc 2.0 sqm but not exc 4.0 sqm each) and dismantling all members and reassembling the same with and including new screws, new rubber gasket, new aluminium beads & cleats of existing make and also refixing the handles & mortice locks in existing position with and including new screws including refixing the door shutters in same opening complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CP mortice door lock 4 to 6 lever suitable to door shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium section in existing partition or door frame or door shutter or window frame swing or sliding and ventilator including aluminium clip cleat, sashbars, glazing clips, rubber packing, aluminium anodised beading etc of approved size and thickness including drilling holes in walls, ceiling, floors with screws and rawl plugs etc including taking down and refixing after necessary repair complete all as specifed and directed. Make- Jindal, Hindalco or equivalent.
