S&F non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including applying smart care tile adhesive smart care normal tile adhesive for floors and walls complete all as specified and directed with technical specifications as appended below:- (a)Coverage 2 to 2.5 Sqft/Kg for a bed of 3mm thick. (b) Kind of tile can be installed : Ceramic/glazed. (c) Curing time: 24 Hours.

M&L Non-skid ceramic coloured ceramic tiles (Square/ rectangular) fixed on vertical surfaces (dado/skirting) etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles on vertical surfaces of size 450mm x 350mm/350mm x 250mm, thickness not less than 7 mm as in skirting / dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, fixed over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 20mm thick table rubbed & polished granite stone slab (of any type), table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, cooking platform and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including drilling hole for gas pipe for cooking/kitchen platform complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs (Kota/granite ) one edge such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming grooves over granite or kota sotne slab as in staircase complete all as specified and directed.
