Construction of NH-16 to Damodarpur via Purssotampur Road in the District of Khurda under Mukhya Mantri Sadak Yojana (MMSY) for the year 2026-27

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.2 & clause 305 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain & foundation of other strutures graded & compacted to meet the requirement of Tables 300.1 & 300.2 as per clause no.301of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing well graded material of moorum and sand admixture to required proportion, spreading in uniform layers with grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method if required with rotavator to achieve P.I value less than 6 and compacting at OMC with smooth wheel roller to achieve the the desired density complete as per technical specification clause 401 of MoRD for rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Construction of Unreinforced cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges including levelling the formwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, primer, sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days with curing compound and water, finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 of MORD and asper direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including clearing of road surface & spraying primer @ 6.00 kg / 10 sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 of MoSRT& H for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in charge

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion [RS-1] using emulsion distributor @ 3.00 kg / 10 sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 of MoSRT& H for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in charge

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of 10mm nominal size (Grading-II) premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing and turfing to the slopes of the road embankment with compact dub gross transported by mechanical means as per the direction of the E.I.C.
