Contractor shall Provide One plumber with One Helper all necessary T&P on all working days from 0830 AM to 5.00 PM at Dundahera Military Station Complaint Cell. 3. A recovery of Rs. 500/- per person shall be recovered from the contractor for non-deploying of plumber on any working days. 4. The contractor will ensure that the team of plumbers with necessary tools bag shall always remain present at complaint cell to attend the complaints. 5. A recovery of Rs. 500/- per person shall be recovered from the contractor for non deploying of plumber on any day. 6. All the complaint slip, register & other connected documents will be provided and maintained by the contractor without any extra cost. 7. Proper record (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and attendance register of tradesman shall be maintained and shall be produced for the verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. 8. Note for Srl item No 5 & 6 :- 1. Make of readymix plaster shall be Birla Aerocon/Ultratech readiplast/ACC Accoplast / Fosroc Chemical (India) Pvt Ltd Renderoc and as approved by GE) 2. The readymix plaster shall be procured directly from the manufacturer or their authorised dealer. 3 The contractor shall produced original purchase voucher alongwith test certificate of readymix plaster while claiming RAR/ Final Bill.
