Restraining resecuring of barbed wire fencing including making good staples, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. including fixing of existining concerntina coil as directed to any type of standard rails complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying of existing concertina coil with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing all the rubbish as directed

Dismantling of stone slabs, tiles and paver blocks of any description or thickness, laid dry and pointed in floors, aprons complete all as specified and direcrted

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in 75mm thick sub base to flooring complete all as specified and direcrted

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in 75mm thick floor finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and direcrted

M & L Plastic dividing strips 38mm width, 1.5mm thick, inserted in position, conform to design complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cement concrete paver block, 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge, M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drives ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks in to the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as direwcted.

M & L Precast Cement concrete designer tiles, rubber moulded, 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement & pigment to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work (straight or curved) etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel fencing wire mesh, any type all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel work as in posts and struts as in fencing posts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets including all necessary welding, drilling, bolting or reveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type-D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and filling in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel machine made screw bolts 5 to10mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and scewed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5cm and and not exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed

M & L Preparation of new steel surfaces of any discription over 10 cm width and girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of strandards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Mild steel galvanised chain link fencing of mesh size 50mm x 50mm complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls, pillasters, cornices, etc and applying two coats cement base paint all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, celing etc incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete including removing rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and filling in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in solid block masonry exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete block wall or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab, set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demilition of reinforced cement concrete as in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level ( reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

M & L mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns end and binding with mild steel barber wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed
