Supply & fixing in replacement of top 18mm thick MDF board bonded with phenol formaldehyde resin, exterior grade - II both side teak colour with including 4mm thick teak wood edging all round of top shape and size as shown on drg and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

All as per item No.1.01 above but leg of table dining

Provision of Konia (wooden Bracket) of size 3"x3" seasoned teak wood 1" thick in between leg and short/long rail of the table fixed with screw to provide more strength all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of surface with sand paper after scrubbing and French polishing to table dining, with and including to the parts repaired/ replaced under item No 01.01 to 01.05, to the required gloss to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE - FD-220

Removing unserviceable plywood from charpoy GI pipe, S & F new commercial ply wood of size 1980 x 900mm x 12mm thick BWR grade in one piece(an approved product of BIS having ISI certification mark IS-303) with 10 Nos of semi circular top bolt of 6mm dia 75mm long and nut with galvanised steel washers to be used for fixing of plywood top including drilling holes & following arrangements complete all as specified and shown on drawing. (i) S & F 4 Nos 25mm square MS hollow tube 16 gauge wall thickness of length not less than 28 Cms each welded with fillet weld all around 3mm thick to GI pipe charpoy at cornner to support plywood all as shown on drawing. (ii) S & F 2 Nos 25mm square MS hollow tube 16 gauge wall thickness of length not less than 83.6 Cms each welded with fillet weld all around 3mm thick to long rails of GI pipe charpoy at equal space to support plywood all as shown on drawing. Note:- (aa) All stee; sections except GI articles and adjoining surfaces of GI pipe which shall be degalvanised during welding of MS hollow pipe shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer. (ab) all the corners of plywood shall be rounded same as per shape of corner elbows of charpoy. (ac) The bolts for fixing of plywood shall be counter sunk type and top of bolt (head) shall be flushed with ply top & finished with suitable filling.

SOFA SET 4/5 SEATER - FD-281/373

Taking out old broken/ unserviceable arm of sofa set 5 seater and supply & fixing new arm of suitable size made out of Ist class hard wood (MP Teak) including preparation of new surfaces and applying high gloss French polish to match with the existing colour complete.
