REPAIR AND MAINT OF PQC SLABS AND CONNECTED ITEMS INCLD LINKS AND DISPERSALS OF AIR FIELD UNDER GE (AF) TECH AREA AT AF STATION AGRA

Repair to existing surface pavement by cutting inverted trapezoidal section in regular shapes by diamond cutters and chiselling, removing loose concrete, cleaning with compressed air & washing with chemical water solution, priming epoxy resin primer at the rate of 0.34 Kg/Sqm applied by sprayer or brush and making good with epoxy mortar including disposal of rubbish to distance 250 m but not exceeding 500 m complete all as specified & directed. Note:- The washing agent shall be 15% diluted hydrochloride, epoxy resin primer of NITOPRIME 25 brand of M/s FOSROCK industries and epoxy mortar shall be NITOMORTORS brand of M/s FOSROCK industries or equivalent as approved by GE.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and as directed

Removal of demolished material of cement concrete out of Air Force Statoin premises /MOD land to a distance beyond 5 km upto total distance of 15 km including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed. Note :The necessary permission for dumping the excavated soil/ demolished materials from AFS Agra shall be taken by the contractor /bidder from the respective Municipal Corporation / Nagar Panchayat /Gram Panchayat /Nagar Nigam / Development Authority etc. as the case may be. The quoted rates shall deemed to be included for the charges of disposal by above agency. Nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for the same.

M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade V as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelled on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

M&L for Providing and Laying Dry lean Concrete (DLC) 150 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49 :2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 MPa Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in Batching Plant. Transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) and further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achieve minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum Dry Density, necessary finishing etc including necessary form work & tolerances shall be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for road and Bridge work 2013 (Quality control for raod works) complete all as speicifed and directed.

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) as per IS 2508 clause 4.9.1 water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over and including a tack coat of bitumen (VG-10) @ 2.5 Kg/Ten sqm etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Side lap of 150mm and end lap of 300mm shall be provided whereever required. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for the lapses. 2. Clear flat area after providing sheet shall be measured and considered for payment pupose and noting extra shall be allowed for lapses

M & L for Pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4 .5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017 using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with and including non -circular virgin synthetic monofilament polyster fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1 .39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240 °C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer in design. PQC shall be laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7 .50 m width , including curing and tinning by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10 .1. 14 Table-9 of IRC' 15-2017 etc complete all as specified and directed

M &L for preparation of existing joints by manually /mechnically racking out joints upto a depth at 25mm, saw cutting the vertical sides of joints for making edges of joints straight upto the possible extent by keeping maximum width of joint 10 to 15mm, including cleaning the joints with coir brushes and removing all loose particles/dust from the joints cleaning to concrete surfaces and joints with the help of air compressor and removing away the existing sealing compound and all other loose materials inside of AF Station where directed. Fixing masking tape along either side of the joints to prevent edges of joints becoming dirty due to slippage of sealent. Provinding back up sheet 10 to 12 mm thick of dia 25% more than width of joints in position and applying primer to joint with light pressure and filling the joints with polyurethane based sealing compound (pitch free) of ISI marked having 3mm recess from top of joint and removing masking tape, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- PU to be mixed and filled by only OEM.
