Dismantling the Existing damaged Plain cement concrete flooring including cost and conveyance of all charges etc., Complete

Chipping the existing damaged plastering and wall tile including cost and conveyance of all material to site and all labour charges etc., Complete

Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc.,as per SS 20 A. TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (S2) VI,VII 9,10 with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one Part of cement, four Part of M- Sand and Eight Part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five M Sand ) use FLY ASH BRICK of Size 230mmx110mmx70mm Virtudly the Brick shall be sound compact and uniform in shape froce from visible creacks worppge flone an organic matter. the brick shall be solid with froge on ine of its bearing side class designation no less then 35/kgsm an average ampressine strength in including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (One cement and three sand) to 10mm thick mixing with leak proof compound including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (One cement and five sand) to 12mm thick mixing with leak proof compound including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (One cement and five sand) to 20mm thick mixing with leak proof compound including all labour charges cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification

Supply and fixing in position of G.I Sheet door using 20mm swg. G.I Plain sheet main frame with 40mm x40mm x 6mm M.S. Angle door frame 25mmx25mmx5mm M.S. Angle and using 25mmx5mm M.S. plate diagonal with necessary cutting bending drilling holes welding and one coat of primary etc., complete.

Supply and fixing in position 22" Indian type water closet with foot reset includes "P" (or) "S" trap including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., to complete as per std.,specifications.

Laying with new C.C. Laminated tiles (Like Dora tiles Eurocon tiles etc),(anti skid) of 20mm thick of approved spl quality and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 of cement and 3 of M- Sand ) 20mm. Thick using river M- Sand and pointing with colour cement using at the rate of 0.40 kg/M2 and mixing with colour pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/M2 including finishing complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the DePart ofmental Officers etc.,

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M- Sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

Painting two coats with emulsion paint of first class quality paint and approved colour including priming coat through scrapping clean removal of dust etc

Painting two coats with best approved quality of enamel paint over one coat of priming for new iron work including all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).
