Providing and Laying of one no aluminium conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1100 Volts grade direct in the ground to be laid 1 meter below the ground level including excavation , sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required size:-Armoured cable 35 sq.mm (3.5 core).

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G. I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent I HPMV I HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of LED street Light (110-120W),including 1.5 sq.mm single core copper cable FRLS PVC for connections from MCB box to LED light IP66

Supplying and embedding following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required. 32 mm dia

Supply and erection of 3 stepped steel tubular swaged and welded pole of suitable length and dia. To be fixed up to a required planting depth below G/L in a hole of excavation about 30 cm dia. And of suitable depth, to be filled in up to 15 cm below G/L with 1:3:6 cement and these above plinth with 1:2:4 cement concrete up to a height of 45 cm from G/L.The radial thickness of the plinth above G/L should not be less than 6.35 cm and sufficient to completely flush a 180 mmX 100mmX45mm deep glass filled nylan F.R grade box for housing a 16 amp MCB the outer surface of the plinth to be finished with 1:3 cement plaster 6 mm thick the fuse -box shall have a water tight cover ,including painting of pole with two coats of approved color brand and manufacture of paint over a priming coat complete in all respects as requred:-Overall length 8 meter,with planting depth 1.5 m length of sections 4.5 m,1.75m and 1.75 m(bottom, middle and top respectively) outer dia and thickness of section 127mmX4.5mm,101.6mmX3.65mm and 76.1mmX3.25mm (bottom, middle and top respectively) with approximate weight 84 kg

Supplying and Fixing sheet metal busbar chamber suitable for 100 Amp, 415 Volts capacity with 4 Nos. copper strip busbar each of length 600 mm and cross section area ( 25.4 mmX3.17 mm) enclosure made from 1.6 mm thick ms sheet having overall dimension (680mmX 400mm X150mm) nominal with all accessories including connections earthing the body etc. as required

Earthing with copper earth plate 600x600x3mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc (but without charcoal/coke and salt) completed as required

Extra for using salt and charcoal for GI or copper plate earth electrode complete as required

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.5mtr below ground level for earth electrode conductor, including soldering etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25x5mm copper strip in 40 mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode etc as required
