Dismantling pulling out the service and stand by scrapper feeders away from BAH area for replacement of seal trough and its supporting structure during overhauling works including Consumables and T&P's.

Dismantling, reconditioning, overhauling, renewal of spares and refitting the BAH ash discharge gate assembly including Consumables and T&P's.

Dismantling, reconditioning, overhauling and refitting the BAH ash discharge chute assembly including Consumables and T&P's.

Reconditioning/overhauling of worn out shaft from the carrying side wheel assembly (Tension or Carrying side Wheel / Return side Wheel assemblies) and submersible wheel renewing the shaft, bearing housings, bearings, refitting in the wheel including Consumables and T&P's.

Reconditioning/overhauling of submersible wheel renewing the shaft, bearing housings, bearings, refitting in the wheel including consumables and T&P's.

Dismantling, Reconditioning/ overhauling the Scrapper feeder main drive sprocket assembly and teeth welding with special welding electrode (Bronzed) inclusive of T&P's, consumables and following cost of SS welding electrodes. a) SS welding Electrodes Dia : 4mmx350mm - 32Kgs

Picking clinkers from BAH slurry trench, hammering and feeding in to the ash slurry trench including consumables and T&P's

Fabrication & erection of 100 NB pipe lines for seal trub ring header including consumables & T&P's.material supplied by (TANGEDCO)

Dismantling of quenching nozzle with holder, changing or choke releasing and cleaning and assembling of same/ new including consumables and T&P's.

Dismantling and checking the internals of the scrapper feeder main drive gear box and replacing the worn out bearings/ oil seals and assembling of gear box, painting of gear box including transportation.

Decoupling and dismantling the clinker grinder motor, gear box assembly and removing the clinker grinder bed bolts and nuts and bringing down the clinker grinder assembly, motor gear box assembly to the ground level including consumables and T&P's.

Dismantling, transporting, reconditioning/ overhauling, renewal of spares and assembling clinker grinder including Consumables and T&P's.

Removing the clinker grinder gear box, fluid coupling, inspection and replacement if required, re erection and checking the alignment of gear box with clinker grinder drive sprocket using dial gauge including Consumables and T&P's.

Complete overhaul of clinker grinder gear box including Consumables and T&P's

Reconditioning of the fluid coupling, checking the internals, changing the worn out bearings, oil seals, 'O' rings, metal filling and machining the worn out portions in the hub and reassembling the spares including consumables and T&P's.

Cutting and removing the worn-out eroded clinker grinder bed channels, supporting structures, motor bed, gear box bed and with drawal wheel assemblies and fabrication and erection of the new clinker grinder bed channels ,motor bed ,gear box bed and fixing the with drawal wheel mounting channels and wheels etc. including consumables and T&P's.

Lifting and positioning the clinker grinder assembly on the mounting frame and fixing motor , gear box assembly, coupling the motor and gear box and checking the alignment etc. including consumables and T&P's.

Cleaning and One coat Red oxide painting two coats of enamel paint over the seal trough supporting structure in A Pass & B Pass of BAH vertical column and standing platform with cost of paint, including Consumables and T&P's.

Transporting pulling back the service and stand by scrapper feeders near by BAH area after completion of seal trough and its supporting structure, BAH vertical column and standing platform during overhauling works including Consumables and T&P's.

Removing the 250NB header pipe line lowering to ground, cleaning the silt, sea growth chocked inside the pipe and checking the pipe inside surface and removing the peeled off rubber by burning cleaning the corroded 250NB pipe by buffing, grinding, inside the pipe welding the pipe and rubber lining the pipe, leading , lifting, re-positioning and re-fixing the pipe including Consumables and T&P's

Providing scaffolding, removal of 200NB damaged BAH sea water header line and erection of old fabricated rubber lined pipe with flanges and necessary supports required M20x100 H.T Bolt with nut included under the scope of contractor including consumables and T&P’s.
