Upgradation of Block A of Teacher Bhawan at SCERT Bemina Srinagar JnK

Providing and fixing of wooden panelling over ply frame work including all necessary fittings & fixtures (Accessories) with necessary polishing and carriage of all materials complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface \ smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick.

Providing & Fixing of Wall Paper of Superior Quality on walls of approved Design incl cost of Labour, Adhesive, Leads and lifts, Head load with all carraiges upto site of work all complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed)having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre,two or more coats on new work of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer’s specifications.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Dismantling aluminum / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fabrication of wooden modular wadrobe with wall to wall and top to bottom finish with locking mirror and drawers as per drawing total size 1500mm wide x 3000 mm height x600 mm deep with 25 mm thick commercial board with over lap modular doors with hydrolic auto closed hinges with fixing 8 degree or 0 degree and fixed of key lock and sliding drawers with size 600mm x 150mm x 600mm with railing channel size 450mm in both sides for each drawer, drawer locks and steel handle size 100mm inside the cabnit will be laminated with plane laminated sheet 0.8mm thick with and out side laminated with texture design 1 mm thick laminate the cabnit will be divide into partation 25mm wooden board and both sides upper file cabnit, storage,and lower side cabnit with all locking arragment as per drawing complete job.

Engagement of Skilled / unskilled labour for necessary repairs and dismantaling etc.
