APFC Panel 55 KVAR :- (A) Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of cubical type floor/wall mounted auto/manual power factor correction system of 55 KVAR capacity in having 3 phase MPP super heavy duty resin bonded, low loss, terminal less capacitors without oil, housed in aluminium cans power capacitors, each capacitor provided with suitable rating Thyristor switch, copper inductor coils (14% detuned reactors), semiconductor fuse and suitable for 433V, 3 Phase, 4Wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process and powder coating in approved shade. (B) Automatic power factor intelligent monitoring relay (microprocessor) to sense and monitor the system power factor and provide impulses for operation of 6 sequential capacitor circuits. The system shall have step display mode real time power factor control with 14% anti harmonic block reactors, microprocessor based power factor controller, for target PF setting and having LED display, with first mode showing V, I, PF, shortfall KVAR, KW on the screen continuously without scrolling & in second mode the controller should show actual KVAR activated, KVA in every second & actual PF (in 30-40 mili seconds). Dedicated fan should be provided for forceful cooling of the Thyristor. (C) MPP Super Heavy duty 3 phase capacitors suitable for operation on 433V, 50 Hz as per following configuration. Each capacitor shall be provided with thyrister switching module and 14% harmonic block reactors. The rating of the switching module and harmonic block reactors shall be confirming to rating of respective capacitors. Each bank of capacitor shall be provided with semiconductor fuse and fuse.
