Dismantling and disconnecting old unserviceable MCCBs of any capacity after disconnecting all electric connections and removal from site complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, poles struts, laying of cables/pipes, etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting of existing road/ hard standing etc of any description of surface and excavation in trenches 30cm wide and 60cm depth for laying of UG electric cable including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:3:6) type C1 to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate includes returning, filling, watering and ramming in layers and making good the surface with PCC (1:3:6) as the existing after laying of electic cables

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with dry fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down 18CM will be measured and paid complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.)

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks (designated 75) locally available best quality, laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of 40 mm bore GI tube light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings and including taking down / taking out from trench of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down worn out/damaged/unserviceable XLPE /PVC insulated underground cable armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors of any size, 1100 Volt grade from trench/duct/pole/wall/ pipes/rooftops etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, Jointing and testing of LT UG cable XLPE insulated,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches / on poles / walls / in ducts / passing through pipes and including necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 18 here-in-above but for 25 Sqmm 4 Core.

M&L for cleaning, scrapping, re-painting including marking of Panel No and Marking of MCCBs (incomming & Outgoing) with Acrylic sheet in bold letters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of indoor/outdoor type feeder pillar box any type door hinge broken, MS work structure damage, locking handle, shutter not proper closed, rubber gasket, any type welding works required complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron 25x4 mm strip as earthing lead by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts nuts check nuts and washers and other end connected with earthing testing point including providing suitable testing points as directed including funnel, watering pipe of 20mm bore, light grade galvanized iron pipe, wire mesh charcoal of coal dust and common salt in alternative layer all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15cm with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 50mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab set in CM (1:4) re-enforcement with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 15cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia MS round bars, including earth work in hard/dense soil as required complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. (Note: GI Earthing lead upto 7.5m in length is deemed to be included in the unit rate. The lead required beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid for separately)

S&F of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheating of PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than one meter apart including 4 mm suspension wire one twin core cable 2 core flat of 10 sqmm size.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with inner sheating of PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than one meter apart including 4 mm suspension wire one twin core cable 2 core flat of 16 sqmm size.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing copper busbar with coloure code (R, Y, B) laminated insulation of 400 Amps Fixed to panel on procelain insulators incl nut-bollts & washer with electrical connection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing Aluminium busbar with coloure code (R, Y, B) laminated insulation of 400 Amps Fixed to panel on procelain insulators incl nut-bollts & washer with electrical connection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing copper busbar with coloure code (R, Y, B) laminated insulation of 800 Amps Fixed to panel on procelain insulators incl nut-bollts & washer with electrical connection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing Aluminium busbar with coloure code (R, Y, B) laminated insulation of 800 Amps Fixed to panel on procelain insulators incl nut-bollts & washer with electrical connection complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for vegitation of grass cutting all around surrounding and inside area LT panels , feeder pillars & transfromer at MES installations will be provided sufficient man power with tools by the contractor whereever is required as directed (a) Contractor will arrange the manpower for cleaning the sub stn as and when needed be deemed to be included in the rate quoted (b) Contractor will arrange own conveyance and communication system like moble etc to maintian/cleaning the MES installations at Leimakhong Mil Stn
