Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for earth filling under floors including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified.

Taking down frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified.

S&F factory made 30mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style), consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for stiles and for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC profile ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and PDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The profile shall be mitre cut at two corners and jointed by inserting 02 Nos of 150mm long brackets of MS square tube inside the MS square tube and suitably screwed complete all as specified.

S&F anodised aluminium extruded sections as in frames for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions with one or more rebates including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work in Tubular trusses, tubular rafters, stanchions and purlins trusses, tubular pipe sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes necessary welding, bolting, special shaped washer, clamps, cleats Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 150mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified

S&F 300 mm long aluminium alloy, anodized sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified.

S&F salt glazed stone ware drain pipes of 150mm bore, grade `A' (ISI marked), laid and jointed with collars and including demolition and beaking up 150mm bore SGSW/RCC/AC drain pipes set in cement mortar including PCC haunching and bedding complete all as specified.

Material and labour PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in bedding to SGSW drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 150 mm bore pipe all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 15cm x 30cm, dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surfaces of sides and 20mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and flooring complete all as specified and directed).

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floors complete all as specified and directed).

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling, stone partitions including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for machine cut kota stone flooring 18-20mm thick laid in floors in squares or rectangular pattern over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement and sand mortar (1:6) set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (or any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc over 15mm thick in cement and mortar (1:6) bedding set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed

S&F coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300mm x 200mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement and mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for M-35 grade 60mm thick with mixture of grey/white cement with pigment machine pressed factory made rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 with and including 25mm thick compacted thickness of sand bedding laid to required level & slope complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 2.0mm thickness PVC tiles/ sheets, laminated plain coloured, marbled mosaic or mottled finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any discription on any surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in cement (1:4) on stone masonary surface on fair face of concrete surfaces or stone masonry surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in cement (1:6) on stone masonary surface on fair face of concrete surfaces or stone masonry surfaces of wall complete all as specified.

M&L for repairing of old vintage automation system installed at centre power house including replacement of connected cable, automation software system, CPU, monitor etc including making complete functioning and making complete connection as existing and testing complete with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Contractor shall be responsible for one year of warranty of the equipment installed by him and to provide services during failure of this automation system.

M&L for sign board 2.0m long x 1.0m height x 30cm thick with inside one light fitted and colour in Navy Blue & white colour letters and including nut bolt screws etc complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sign board 3.0m long x 1.5m height x 2cm thick layout digram for 33 KV sub station complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

Calibration of IDMTL relays comprising to over current and earth fault at HT systems through primary and secondary injection method and testing complete of control relays panels installed with HT VCB's Panels and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of Potential Transformer (PT) 11 KV/110 Volt with drawable type with automatic shutters by disconnecting PT from main power supply of OCB/VCB Panel separating fixed and moving chambers opening of covers, cleaning, meggering the winding etc and commissioning after replacement unserviceable spare parts complete all as specified.

Dismantling and shifting of unserviceable DG Set of capacity 320 KVA from CPH to MES yard from existing place complete all as specified and directed by Engir-in-Charge. Note :- Crane and vehicle for taking down, loading/unloading and shifting of DG Set shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
