Design, programming, deployment and operation of a synchronized thematic drone light show using approximately 3,000 drones , including all drone hardware, licensed pilots, ground control systems, show-control software, safety systems, power backup, logistics, statutory compliance support, technical crew, rehearsal/testing and complete show operation.

Drone show Storyboarding, formation design, animation programming, music/time-code synchronization and final approved show sequence based on the Durga Puja / Mahalaya theme, with a minimum show duration of 7–10 minutes, including narrative development, visual transitions and synchronized musical storytelling.

Coordination and documentation support , local police, district administration, coastal/airspace and other required permissions for drone operations.

Drone Take-off & Ground Infrastructure Setup: Provision, installation, operation and dismantling of a complete secured drone take-off/landing and holding infrastructure for approximately 3,000 drones, including adequately sized levelled take-off/landing zone, drone holding and preparation area, temporary weather-resistant flooring/ground protection, barricading and restricted-access perimeter, security personnel, controlled entry/exit, drone charging and battery-management area, technical/control stations, pilot and crew work area, weatherproof tents/canopies, tables and operational furniture, dedicated silent DG sets with 100% power backup, electrical distribution panels, cabling, earthing, UPS for critical systems, adequate area lighting and emergency lighting, fire extinguishers and fire-safety arrangements, CCTV/surveillance where required, communication systems, internet connectivity, equipment storage, housekeeping, safety signage and all associated manpower, logistics, installation, testing, rehearsal and dismantling required for safe operation of the approx 3,000-drone show.

Drone Show – Day 2: Design, programming, supply, deployment and execution of a synchronized drone light show using up to 3,000 drones, including drones, batteries, charging stations, RTK/GPS positioning systems, flight-control and communication infrastructure, ground-control systems, software, show programming, 3D animation/content creation, rehearsals, DG/power backup, RF/communication systems, licensed/qualified pilots and technical crew, safety and security arrangements, statutory permissions/clearances, insurance, transportation, deployment, operation and dismantling, including all manpower and allied infrastructure required for safe and successful execution as per approved concept, flight plan, venue conditions and applicable regulations.

Guinness World Record – Mass Participation Dance Activity for Approx. 3,000 Participants: Complete end-to-end planning and execution of an official Guinness World Record mass-participation dance/activity involving approximately 3,000 participants/cast, including choreography, participant/cast mobilization, selection and registration, rehearsals and dry runs, zoning and formation planning, participant counting and verification, briefing, cueing, marshaling, synchronized final performance, Guinness World Records evidence and compliance protocol, stewarding, independent witness coordination, photography/videography and record documentation, liaison and submission support; including complete travel/transportation of the mass cast/participants, local transfers, accommodation/stay, meals and refreshments for all required rehearsal and event days, participant/cast coordinators, group leaders, logistics team, attendance management, hospitality coordination and complete on-ground cast management from arrival through departure.

Guinness World Records – Team Fees & Expenses: Coordination, application, registration and complete execution support for Guinness World Records attempt, including official Guinness World Records adjudicator/team fees, travel, accommodation, local transportation, meals, visa/permit expenses where applicable, documentation, verification, certification and all other official and allied expenses required for conducting and successfully completing the record attempt.

Multi-angle photo/video documentation for Guiness world record , attendance evidence, measurement/counting records, witness statements and submission-ready evidence compilation for the record attempt.

Choreography & Formation Design for Guinness World Record Mass Performance: Conceptualization, choreography, music mapping and formation design for approximately 3,000 participants/cast, including creation of synchronized movement sequences, large-scale ground formations, entry/exit patterns, participant zoning, block-wise positioning, cue structure, rehearsal methodology, lead choreographers, assistant choreographers, zone captains, formation supervisors, rehearsal charts/maps, music editing and synchronization, technical coordination with stage, sound, drone/broadcast teams, correction rehearsals, final dress rehearsal and complete choreography supervision through the Guinness World Record performance.
