REPAIR/ MAINT TO BUILDING LT PANELS, SWITCH GEARS AND CABLE TRAY AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS UNDER GE (WEST) COLABA, MUMBAI

Material & Labour for repairs/ Overhauling/Servicing to Existing Building LT Panels by taking shut down from appropiate authority including T&P for Attending Faults/Trippings and rectifing /repairing the faults in LT Panels Boards/Capacitor Panels Boaeds/ MCCB's/ Cable Connections/ Bus Bar etc including PVC insulating Tapes/Nut bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (i) Tightning the loose connections and cleaning inside/out side complete replacing faulty insulation, thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, applying petrolium jelly on the contactor, providing new insulation tape to bus bars, repair to broken /hanging doors by fixing hinges or welding the door to make it servicable, spray painting as aproved colour and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed .(Note : MCCB, Painting measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.)
