Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc. 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc. 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4.0 sqm each,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each, complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing of factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube 19mm x 19mm of 19 gauge. The doorframe shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long MS screws through the frame using PVC fasteners. A minimum of four nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum of two nos of screws for each horizontal member complete as per Manufacturer’s specification and drawing and as directed (Make- Rajshri).

Supply and fixing factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2 to 3mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 4mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, with particle board core supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing and as directed (Make- Rajshri)

S & F 100 mm long stainless steel butt hinge complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 125 mm long stainless steel, barrel tower bolt complete alll as specified and as directed.

S & F 125 mm long stainless steel handles , fancy type compolete all as specified and as directed

S&F Pressed steel frames (Factory made) made out if 1.25mm thick mm black MS sheet for doors, with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, Butt hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete, size of frame 105x60mm incl bottom of each chowkat to be welded with 2 Nos 25x25x3mm thick flat iron projecting 10 cm on either side and back fill to chowkahts with PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note : Back fill PCC 1:2:4 shall be measured & paid seperately

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 as back fill of chowkhat (using 12.5mm aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F factory made moulded flush door shutter solid core with particle board core, bothe side is covered with decorative face complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F factory made 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood, glazed and skeleton shuutters (two pannels), open rebated and prepared to receive flass/gauge etc divided into squares, plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers edges or framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing flass etc size of members of door shutters as specified in SSR Part-I sec-8 clause 8.20(a), fixed to chowkhat all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre-coated galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of approved colour having tensil strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall fixed with self taping screws as specified.

Taking down defective aluminium door of size n.exc 4 sqm with glass panes and repairing floor stopper, bearing alignment. including replacement of floor spring, Rooler/locking arrangement and pivet hinges etc required for proper functioning and refixing in the same position complete all as specified and as directed.
