Consultancy Services for Provision of New Technical Building for Mixing Facility Extrusion Facility, High Pressure Closed Vessel HPCV Test Facility and Control Block for Mixing and Extrusion Facility at HEMRL, Pune

Providing services of architectural planning and structural design/drawing for scope of work as per Appendix 'D' of the enquiry including preparation of architectural drawing through an architect registered with Council of Architect-Delhi inclusive of building plan, elevation, sectional elevation, detailed working drawing of building doors, windows, column, beam, staircase, slab and fittings etc. with Electrical & Mechanical, Plumbing services, structural design of RCC/Steel structure, proof checking of structural and electrical designs from IIT/NIT of equivalent engineering college, furnishing shop drawings, Good for construction drawings and also As Built Drawings after completion of work etc. all complete including the entire parts of building work, E&M services, ELV services, sewage disposal, water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, Air conditioning etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Dimension/Area can vary up to 20% without extra remuneration) including preparation of layout plan on survey drawings and getting approval.

Topographical Survey & Getechnical Soil Investigation

Mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment and personnel to the site for carrying out the following field investigations

Soil Investigtion by carrying out bore holes of 100mm dia as per relevant / latest IS code, collecting samples of disturbed soil and conducting the following tests as per relevant and latest IS code in all types of soils and submission of detailed soil investigation report in triplicate, recommending safe foundation level and type of foundation along with bearing capacity considering effect of water table etc and other parameters :

Natural moisture content

Dry and wet density

Soaked unconfined compression test

Percentage absorption
