All in all Repairing, servicing, testing and energising complete in all respect of 250 KVA Transformer with major works including below:- All additional miscellaneous works related to proper functioning of transformer as per OEM recommendation also included in this scope. Complete as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/works refer Annexure "A" attached with P.W.D. Electrical B.S.R. 2022.

Labour Charges for loading, unloading, Transportation from site to factory and back with Opening of 250 KVA Transformer Cover, Draining of Oil, De tanking core and coil assembling, covering and re tanking of ants, replacement of nut bolts etc.

Replacement of existing Transformer Oil and submission of Transformer oil test report (old oil shall be retained by the contractor)

Supply and filling of fresh transformer oil as per IS: 335 in existing transformer along with submission of oil test report for its physical and chemical properties. The oil shall be clear and free from any suspended matter or sediments complete as required complete in all respect.

Replacement of Packing seal /Gaskit of 250 KVA Transformer complete as reqd.

Repairing of LT/HT bushings of Distribution Transformers including replacement of brass studs, porcelain insulators, nut bolts, oil seals, gaskets etc. complete as required complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work, refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR .

Replacement of Silica gel Breather of Distribution Transformers of following capacities complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work, refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR 250 KVA

Replacement of gasket of Distribution Transformers of following capacities complete in all respect. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work, refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR 250 KVA

P& F dial type temperature gauge

Painting of 250 KVA Transformer including removing of existing paint, One coat of primer and than two coats of enamel paint complete.

Servicing of Existing old working RMU with cleaning , dust removing , checking dislocated parts , deformation , resetting operation of trip , movement of rollers and pins , remove old grease and apply new grease, checking dislocated connections, operation of auxiliary switches , electrical open close operation, checking abnormal noise etc complete with actual working conditions as per OEM recommendation & satisfied in all respect as per site required

Testing & servicing of 160 KVA transformer with Merging , fault finding report , leakage controlling & Tightening of bolts , cleaning, punching of new lugs , copper bus bar patti , nut bolt etc in all respect as per site required

Replacement of existing transformer oil confirming to IS: 335 after removing of old oil and remove from site (old oil shall be retained by the contractor)
