REPLACEMENT OF LED LIGHTS IN MIG-29K SIMULATOR BUILDING (P-642) AT INS HANSA

Taking down unserviceable high bay luminaires / Flood light fitting from hanger upto 18 mtr height and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unservisable / perishable sub main wiring of any size / core / type from the ceiling of hanger complete with PVC /steel conduit / PVC casing capping including earth continuty conductor, junction boxes etc and making good the disturbed surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED Highbay 200W suitable for Hangers / industrial application, integral industrial SMD LED with pressure die-cast aluminium housing, anodised aluminium reflector, complete with all accessories ,lumen efficiency > 120 lm/w , CRI > 85% ,THD < 15% UL certified. The luminarie should have 5 KV surge protection, PF > 0.95. The manufactures LOGO must be embossed / Engraved in the housing of the luminarie. Manufactures to provide LM80 from source manufacturer and should have adequate testing facilities approved by ministry of science (Govt of India) to provide LM 79 report complete all as specefied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement 36W LED panel 2' x 2' Luminaire with Recessed mounting arrangement to enhance the delight of occupants with comfortable experience through its classic design & glare free soft illumination suitable for armstrong / grid / Pop ceiling complete with separate electronic driver & high brighteness SMD Leds complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 2.5 Sqmm FRLS Copper conductor PVC 2.5 insulated unsheathed cable as per IS 694-1990 (third revision) drawn through & incl PVC casing caping (double interlock type) of suitable width medium duty with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall along with one run of 2.5 Sqmm single core FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion etc complete all as directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level with top to edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4 mm as earthing lead by means of blots, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 40 mm dia pipe of required length for protection of GI wire and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all directed including connections and testing on completion.

S & F Mild steel roof trusses (framed), Trussesd, purlins, crane grantries, rails and framings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) confrming to Fe 410-W including cleats, distance pieces etc

Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of epoxy anti corrossive paint over a coat of zinc primer

M & L in replacement of Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable in and including PVC casing caping ISI marked including fittings and accessories with continues PVC insulated copper cable with copper conductor of same size as in phase /neutral /earth cable connecting to common earth dolly including (metal box, PVC modular plate for mounting swiches, socket, regulator etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F in repairs for modular switch one way 6 amps.

S & F ceiling rose 3 terminal 230 volts, PVC polycarbonate, isolated body completed all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 240 Volts all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 2.5 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 2.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through PVC Casing Caping, including accessories fixed on wall/ceiling all as directed including making good of disturbed surfaces area.

S & F 20 Watt LED tube light with extruded aluminium housing and highend non yellowish diffuser to achieve glare & flicker free illumination for continuous.

PROVISION OF PARKING SHED FOR SPECIALIST VEHICLES IN STS-NAY (GOA) (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION)

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 2 core.

Supply and fix Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 40 mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work/using as coping/any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PROVISION FOR INSTALLATION OF TWO IN NUMBER WATER COOLERS ALONG WITH HEAVY DUTY PURIFIER IN PRODUCTION BLOCK AT NAY (GOA)

Supply and fixing Voltage Stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output Voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 3.0 KVA Complete as specified.

Supply, installation, commissioning of Water cooler partially stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage and nominal cooling capacity 40/80 Ltr.
