Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing all as specified and directed.

M&L roof tiles, Mangalore pattern class 'AA', interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 02 above but except tiles

M & L for Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern or roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement cocrete of any description and any position all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B0 1 : 2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs/paddings or mud stops or bedding for tiles etc chamfered at edges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling /taking out existing Textile coverings including frames (if any) or hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing of dismantled material etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 15mm thick rendering over roof slab in Cement Mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 1.5 to 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement all as specified and directed Note: WPT compound Paid separately

M & L for water proofing treatment by applying oil bound bitumen primer, having a density of 0.87 - 0.89 Kg/lit, at the rate of 0.40 ltr/Sqm, providing and laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighting not less than 3 Kg/Sqm of approved make including minimum 10 cm side lap and 15cm end lap, laid and pasted with blue flame torching applications and finally finishing with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.1Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L FOR (I) Clean the surface free of dirt, dust, laitance etc. using wire brush, grinding machine and water jet machine and allow the surface to dry. Opening the cracks, if any, in V/U shape using electrically operated cutting machine. Cleaning the surface thoroughly from dust and loose particles using wire brush and air blower and treat it with the crack filler (ii) After the proper cleaning opening the debonded surface at the terrace area and removing the same completely and cleaning the same applying the one coat of bonding agent of home shield advance latex plus or equivalent direct material and allow it to dry for 30 mins and fill the area with cement, sand, water and advance latex plus completely to give the bonding to the old surface and flow of water to the outlets. (iii) Supplying and Applying of Berger Paints Home shield super latex plus or equivalent as bond coat over the cleaned surface, and allow it to dry for 2-3 hours for the proper penetration of the material and seal the max porosity inside the concrete slab. (iv) Supplying and applying of the water based Elastomeric PU membrane having good crack bridging and waterproofing property over the concrete surface Berger PU Roofkoat in 2 coats ( one coat equal to one in vertical direction plus one in horizontally direction ) applied to give the better waterproofing to the existing surface on the terrace and parapet wall to have the better bonding for the longer period. all as per manufacturers instructions all as directed .

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of wall/ceiling and likes including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc any description including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate quoted by the Contractor is deemed to be included necessary scaffolding and form works.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shades: New work ( Two coat @ 1.67 litre/10 Sqm over and incl priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/ 10 Sqm on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plastering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying 3 mm wall care putty over two coat of Acrylic washable distemper complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar(1:6) complete all as specified.

Material and labour for applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on new plastered surfaces of Wall including preparation of surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc complete and applying two coat of distemper etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 25mm bore including cleaning or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connections 32mm bore including cleaning or removal to store all as specified and directed.

S & F 25 mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floors etc

S & F 32 mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceiling or in floors etc

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads,shoes,bends,swan-necks etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall 110mm bore,

S&F fixing 100mm dia PVC (SWR) bend all as specified and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius for 100 mm bore provided with access door all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC/ RCC water storage tank of capacity exceeding 500 litre but not exceeding 1000 litre, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

S&F Rotational moulded PVC, double layered, water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position including tank cover, complete all as specified.

S & F in repair 25 mm dia Ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball, ISI marked (Minimum weight 455 gms), screwed & suitable for iron pipe 25 mm bore, complete all as specified.

Draining out water, cleaning and removing accumulated sludge/dirt scales from tank bottom, side and from mouths of circulating pipes of service tank of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs but not exceeding 1000 ltrs, located on roof of the building and disinfecting the tank using bleaching powder to make the tank bacteria free, writing by stencil date of cleaning of tank with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground " CLEANED ON ( DATE)" height of the words 100mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of Existing painted surface and preparation of surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying 3 mm thick wall care putty on old plastered surfaces of wall/ceiling complete and applying two coat of Acrylic washable distemper etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted plastered surfaces of walls/ceiling of any description including cornices and filling of cracks with exterior wall care putty and applying Two coats of acrylic emulsion Exterior Grade, Weather proof, anti fungal, anti algae and anti fading of approved shade including necessary scaffolding and safety measures as required etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including necessary scaffolding and safety measures as required etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including necessary scaffolding and safety measures as required etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft and loose completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC(1:2:4), type B 2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of guage not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete blocks (1:2:4), type B1 masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cm (1:6) on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20kg/10 sqm

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes class NP3 laid and joined complete with collars all as specified and as directed.

M/L for PCC (1:2:4), typ-B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the base as in soil.
