(I) Clean the surface free of dirt, dust, laitance etc. using wire brush, grinding machine and water jet machine and allow the surface to dry. Opening the cracks, if any, in V/U shape using electrically operated cutting machine. Cleaning the surface thoroughly from dust and loose particles using wire brush and air blower and treat it with the crack filler
(ii) After the proper cleaning opening the debonded surface at the terrace area and removing the same completely and cleaning the same applying the one coat of bonding agent of home shield advance latex plus or equivalent direct material and allow it to dry for 30 mins and fill the area with cement, sand, water and advance latex plus completely to give the bonding to the old surface and flow of water to the outlets.
(iii) Supplying and Applying of Berger Paints Home shield super latex plus or equivalent as bond coat over the cleaned surface, and allow it to dry for 2-3 hours for the proper penetration of the material and seal the max porosity inside the concrete slab.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces of wall/ceiling and likes including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc any description including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.
