Earth work in excavation in foundation and trenches in soils containing 50% or more of shingle or small size boulders upto 30 cm size, lift upto 1.50 m and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 m clear from the edge of the excavation and returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required, into plinth, sides of foundation etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in : a) Foundations and plinth

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for : a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Reinforcement of RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete

Reinforced concrete work in foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete excluding cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement in : a) M20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in (1:4) for wall

Half brick masonry (with best available local bricks) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth level and up to floor two level

12 mm cement plaster 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc complete.

Painting two or more coats with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in any shade on new work to give an even shade.
