Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53 to 22.4 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per MORD Specification Clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surfac and apraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using manual means. Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 grade @ 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 MM thickness composed of 13.2MM & 11.2 MM size Kabrai stone grit @ 1.8 Cum & 0.9 Cum respectively per 100 Sqm area and premixing in suitable plant with Bitumen grade VG-10 @ 92 Kg per 100 Sqm area for 13.2 mm grit & @ 54 Kg/100 Sqm area for 11.2mm grit,laying & rolling with a smooth wheeled 8-10 ton capacity roller finished to required level & slope also including cost of material labour T&P etc including hire & POL of road roller etc. complete as per directed by E/I

Providing and laying seal coat type C with 6.7mm Kabrai stone grit & Bitumen grade VG-10 , including heating grit and bitumen in a suitable plant premixing with bitumen, laying on bituminous surface laid to the specified level grade & cross fall as per detailed PWD specification,Grit to be used @ 0.90 cum/100Sqm area and Bitumen @ 65 Kg/100Sqm.

Brick edging on both sides of the road of first brick class M--150 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of brick finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge of the work Including material, labour and T&P etc proper completion of the work

Uprooting of Behya/Sarpat/Gondi/elephanta grass and othe weed and its disposal.

Earth work in making road embankment by manual labour of more than 1.50m height including all lead & lift etc Complete.
