Repair/rectification of leakages to water supply distribution lines 15 mm dia to 25 mm dia GI tubing with provision of necessary excavation, returning and filling in as required, tightening of loose joints of union, elbow, sockets etc, threading if required including replacement of GI unions/sockets/nipples as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Srl Item No 01 here in before but for GI tubing 40 mm dia to 50 mm dia.

Attending routine compliants of external water supply (From ground to inlet of tank)including rectification of minor defects by taking down of existing GI tubing up to 25 mm dia, cutting/threading and making joints and cleaning for any blockages, opening of float valve of service tanks, cleaning and fixing the same in its position, replacement of jumper valve/ packing sheet of gate valve and including replacement of GI unions/sockets/nipples etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for attending break down of water supply pipe line and repair to CI/DI water mains of size 80 mm to 150 mm dia at a given notice including necessary excavation in mud, in any type of soil by manual or using special T &P such as JCB etc. De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, fixing of CI specials such as collars bends/tail peaces etc and making joints complete all as specified and as directed

Ditto all as per Srl item No 04 here in before but size of lie 200 mm to 300 mm dia .(Note for srl item Nos 1 to 4.10:-(a) CI specials/GI Fittings, lead Joints etc shall be measured and paid as supply only under respective items of BoQ. (b) The quoted rated is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station under AOR of GE Bharatpur. (c) The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare/fittings utilized as per inventry format given by AGE E/M, Bharatpur and the same shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge on daily basis. (d) The stationery required for the job work such as complaints registers, job card and T&P shall be arranged and maintained by the contractor. (e) The cost of excavation / earth work and repairs to damaged roads, existing structure etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate and no extra payment shall be allowed on this account. (f) Work will be carried out in any area under juridiction of GE Bharatpur.

M&L of brick work with burn clay subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 for valve pit chambers complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting to the existing PCC/Bituminious Road of any making good by filling stone aggregate and moorum as per existing, watering & well raming and preparing the surface for PCC top layer making good by fitting stone aggregate and well ramming and under stone chipping and again well ramming as per existing surface to road all as directed by Engineer in charge Note : PCC top layer will be measured and paid seperately

Cutting existing water supply line for alterations and addition in length and screwing/threading or lengthening the screw on pipe to form connection and refixing etc for the following size: a)15 mm dia

(b) 20mm dia

(c) 25mm/32mm

(d) 40mm/50mm

Replacing MS nuts, bolts , washer & MS flat, machine cut, hexagonal 5cm to 10cm long, dia meter of neck 16 to 20mm or existing size as per site requirement and complete.

Supply and replacement MS clamp /saddle piece made out of MS flat iron suitable to make ferrule and clamping for branch connections complete with GI socket welded it on one FI strip suitably positioned at the centre of pipe including drilling as per site requirement complete with MS nuts, bolts, washers and rubber packing for complete for following sizes of pipe: a) 150 mm bore

(b) 100mm bore.

(c) 80mm bore.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cms deep in soft / loose soil including removal of brick/stone pieces, herbs, shrubs and vegetation complete all as specified

M&L of rubber gasket tyton joints to spigot and socket pipe of bore 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of sluice valve of size 250mm dia from existing pipe line and remove the spindle and inner gate and replace with new stainless steel spindle and required lathe work for inner gate at work shop and re-assembling the valve on its original position and testing complete all as specified and directed.
