M & L 15 mm thick screed bed in cermet's mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing Roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane finished even and smooth without using Extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to non accessible RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specified from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm over plastered surface of roof including parapets surfaces (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric of weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. M&L Galvanized. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork using subclass 'B' bricks' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on fair fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement base paints over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed.
