Earthwork in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. (A) Up to a depth of 2.00m below the existing ground level. (a) In ordinary soil

Supplying , fitting and fixing galvanised barbed wire fencing with seven strands of barbed wire 12 S. W. G .x 2plies x 4 points at 75mm apart with angle iron intermediate fencing posts not more than 1800mm apart and straining and end post etc. as necessary to be fitted with straining eye bolts and staples etc.complete as directed, specification of the angle iron post as given below.

a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

b) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20mm dia M.S bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to top flat and 20 mm dia M.S. bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling, welding etc. complete. All vertical bars are to be protruded at least 100mm above the middle and top flat is to be flattended and pointed as directed. Necessary locking arrangement on both faces, arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2 nos.( minium) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embeded in C.C brick pillars as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified. (Separate payment will be made for posts).

Demolishing CC floors of various thickness including top layer and base course and disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

Dismantling and removing the existing door and window frame (chowkath) both wooden and steel of different sizes without damaging the walls and removing the frame and necessary repairs to the edges of the walls as directed for all levels. (i) Area of door/window up to 3.00 m2

Demolishing the plastering from walls/ R.C.C. and P.C.C. members without causing any damage to the wall/ member upto any height including disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

Dismantling all types of corrugated/ trapezoidal sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the materials as directed by the department for all levels

(a) Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/ or scraping, sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contact with C.C or brick masonry wall including supplying, fitting and fixing with M.S. hold fast (40mmx3mmx250mm) as per design embeded in cement concrete block in proportion 1:2:4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contact with C.C and masonry as directed and specified. (b) With 1st class timber (Bonsum/ Sundi)

Providing undressed wood work in roof truss, rafter, purlin, tie and the like including hoisting and fixing in position with necessary spikes, nails including M.S straps with bolt and nuts etc.complete with kiricide oiling two coats to all timber members and two coats of anticorrosive paint to M.S straps (M.S flats, angle cleats, and bolt and nuts required for flat and angle cleats wherever used shall be measured and paid separately) (b) With Hollock/ Sundi/ Sam

Providing and fixing flush door shutters solid core construction with frame of 1st class hard wood with cross band and face veneered ply wood face panels conforming to relevent I.S code including oxidised iron butt hinges (100mm x 75mm x 3.5mm) 6 nos with necessary wood screws. b) Non decorative type and block board core. (i) 40 mm thick .

Providing, fitting and fixing fully glazed window with sash bars including oxidised M.S butt hinges (75mmx 60mmx3.15mm) 2nos.on each leaf and 3 nos. on single leaf (glass panes to be measured and paid separately) C) With 1st class local wood (ii) 35mm thick

Providing, fitting and fixing fully glazed clerestory window and fan light including fitting and fixing 2 M.S pivot hinges (75mm x 20mm x 3mm), eye hook and nylon chord complete (glass panes shall be measured and paid separately) C) With 1st class local wood (ii) 35mm thick

15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. A) On rough side b) In cement mortar 1:4

65 mm thick cement concrete floor consisting of 50 mm under layer of cement concrete in prop. 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 coarse aggregate of 25mm and down) and 15 mm thick wearing layer in cement concrete in prop. 1:1:2 (1cement :1 coarse sand : 2 coarse aggregate of size 10mm down) laid in panels and finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish (using cement slurry for bond @ 2.75 kg. per square metre of floor area) including curing etc. complete as directed.

Providing corrugated galvenised Iron sheet roofing of TATA SHAKTEE / SAIL including fitting and fixing necessary galvenised J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen washer 25 mm dia x 3 mm thick and 1.6 mm thick limpet washer complete excluding cost of roof truss, purlin etc. (Roof trusses and purlin etc.to be measured and paid separately). (d) 0.60 mm thick

Providing galvd iron ridging of TATA SHAKTEE / SAIL including supplying and fixing necessary galvd screws/washers etc. complete as directed. (d) 0.60 mm thick (ii) 230 mm lapping

Providing 0.63 mm thick(24 gauge) galvd plain sheet in valley , lining, flashing etc. and fitted with gavd. Iron J or L hook bolts and nuts, G.I. limpet and bitumen washer complete, bent to shape and fixed in a positions as directed.

Supplying, fitting and fixing wind ties with 40mm x6mm M.S. flat iron and necessary 10 mm dia G.I hook bolt, G.I flat washer and bitumen washer etc. complete including two coats painting with red oxide anticorrosive paint.

Providing and fixing clear sheet glass beded in putty and fixed with/without wooden bidding including necessary cutting and glass to be required sized(payment for wooden bead shall be made separately) (2). Area of glass panes exceeding 0.15m2 but not exceeding 0.52m2. (a). 3.00mm thick.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick to cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 with coarse agg.of 20mm nominal size including finishing the surface with 10mm thick cement plaster in proportion 1:3 with a floting coat of neat cement finished.

Providing drain with brick work in cement mortar in proportion 1:5 with half brick thick side walls and 100mm thick C.C (1:3:6) base over one brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified. ii). 300mm wide and average 250mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

Applying mordent solution of approved brand and manufacture on new C.I sheet for preparation of surfaces for painting @5.00 litre/100 sq. metre of surface and rubbing the solution with brush including thoroughly cleaning the surface of oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter.

Painting one coats on old G.C.I sheets with ready mixed anticorrosive paint of approved brand and shade suitable for painting over G.C.I sheets to give an even shade including the cleaning the rust patches with emery paper, dust ,dirt, grease and other foreign matter with water complete.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in girth/width after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt snd other foreign matter , sand papering and knotting. (b). With ready mixed paint , wood primer (white).

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. (i).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. b). High gloss (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. (i).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. b). High gloss (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).

Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. Providing soling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. (a).Brick on flat soling.

Plain cement concrete floor base in prop1:3:6 laid in alternate bays as specified with coarse agg. of size 13mm to 32mm including dewatering if necessary, and curing etc. complete. c) 100mm thick

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm) (i) Thickness = 1.5 mm thick

m) Distempering two coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface to give an even shade, over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brooming the surface free from mortar dropings and other foreign matter and including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth. Finishing old / new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of approved make of Berger paint of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats)
