SCHEDULE 'A' PART I (B/R WORKS) Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified.

Dismantling of fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing second clas Hard wood (Sal) Plain fillets exc 6 sqcm and not exc 13 sqcm square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails complete all as specified .

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:4 mixed with waterproofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Material & Labour for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling in CM 1:3 mixed with waterproofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound

Material & Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall, applying one coat of wall care putty not less than 2mm thickness and making the surface even and smooth using emery paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered ceiling surfaces, applying one coat of wall care putty not less than 2mm thickness and making the surface even and smooth using emery paper and applying two coats of acrylic based paint (100% acrylic) complete all as specified as directed by EIC .

Material & Labour for providing and injecting chemical edmulsion for post construction anti termite treatment of voids in masonery using chemical emulsion at the rate of one litre per hole, 300 mm interval including drilling hole at 45 degree and replugging them in CM 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand) to match the existing wall complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing for Amstrong optra acoustical Wall panelling with square edge made of fiber glass substrate 25 mm thick and wrapped on lthe front side with an acousticaltransparent and fire resistant fabric with an option of colour as approved of size 2100 x 600 or 600 x 600mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90 NRC to be affixed to wall using wall panel impalers. Panel to be fixed using self tapping screw. Silica based construction adhesive to be dabbed on the projecting elements (spikes) of the impalers all as per manufacturers instructions and directed by Engineer- in- charge .

Supply & Fixing for Amstrong ceiling made out of 600 x 600x 15 mm thick optra 101(white) acoustics ceiling board/tiles deep panel suspender system made out of Aluminium powder coated main tee of size 24mm x 43mm x 0.63mm and cross tees of size 30mmx24mmx0.63mm and angle size 19mm x 19mm x 0.63mm powder coated including 2.68 mm GI wire for suspending, necessary bolts, nut,clits, pin hook, washer,etc for securing frame work to ceiling to snap grid all as per manufacturers instructions and directed by Engineer- in- charge .

Supply & Fixing 25mm thick Wood wool building slabs , light weight, type 1, fixed with nails to timber frame work in wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge .

Supply & Fixing in repairs 4mm thick PVC tiles/ sheets, laminated, plain coloured, marbled mosaic or mottled finish, homogeneous laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge .

Material & Labour for preparing surfaces of timber piles and diping in a hot mixture of tar and creosote in the proportion of 20 kg coal tar pitch to 25 litres of creosote oil, for 4 mins complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge .

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails.

Supply & Fixing of vista branded wooden laminated flooring size 1215x195x8.3 alongwith floring profiles, reducer, skirting, molding with matching color over 2mm thick hitlon foam all as specified as directed by EIC .

Material & Labour for 18 mm thick Plywood, grade BWP, type BB fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Prelaminated sunmica 1 mm thick exterior grade, with decorative choice lamination & fixed with adhesive (as per manufacture instructions) to timber frame work. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc made out of sections as specified in clause No 10.24 of SSR Part I erected in position and securing runners with hold fasts and brackets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick pre polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster in two coats 12 mm thick base coat and 8 mm thick finishing/final coat using polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster having minimum composition of cement & sand (1:4) using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS-383 suitable for external plastering having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a matalic tray only to made good, consistency as per the specification of the manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces including using richer mix for making corners if necessary including making grooves of existing size and necessary two legged MS pipe scaffolding wherever required including curing,upto ground plus 4th floor bldg complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Demolition of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs and removal of debris out of MD land complete all as specified. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & Labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as a leveling course / padding on RCC roof top surfaces laid to slope and finished fair and even complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete on roof top in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and finished even and smooth by using steel trovel complete all as specified. Note - WPC will be measured and paid saprately.

Material & Labour for preparing roof surface and applying water proofing treatment as per manufacturers instructions and comprises of the following activities:- (a) Apply a coat of oil based bituminous primer @ 200 gms/ sqm on the prepared surfaces. (b) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm of the surface area. (c) Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified membrane using torch application method weighing not less than 4.00 Kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree C , Longitudinal tensile strengh not less than 650 N/5 CM, tear strength of 180N(Min), a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15cm end lap. (d) Finishing surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint, @ 100 gm/Sqm complete The APP membrane shall be taken upto minimum 200 mm on vertical surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet. e) Ponding test including supply of water for 72 hours after completion of water proofing work. Notes :- (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid (ii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane.

Material & Labour cement concrete tiles 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 mm thick, machine pressed (with grey cement and pigment), laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with mixture of gray cement and pigment to match the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 15 mm bore GI tubing medium grade including all fittings such as bends, socket, tees, elbows, unions, barrel, nipple, plugs, etc fixed to walls and ceilings with suitable size GI clamps or laid in floors including taking down old GI tubing including fittings complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing 25 mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves , with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified .

M & L for disconnecting carefully all connections of existing tank PVC tank of capacity exc 1000 Ltr and n.exc 2000 Ltr , setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning / laying WPT etc and hoisting and reconnecting and re-fixing in the same position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 2000 lit capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) including PVC cover with locking arrangement and making all connections for inlet, outlet, overflow and washout etc hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including PVC cover with locking arrangement complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 25 mm and fixed . (Minimum weight 455gms)

Supply & fixing PVC perforated caps screwed to ends of puff or vent pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Taking down PVC soil, waste and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply & Fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with suitable size GI clamps complete all as specified .

SCHEDULE 'A' PART II ( E/M WORKS) Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) through steel / PVC conduit / casing caping including complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, buzzer, bell, switch sockets, etc removing and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling etc, with its original specification complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/s tube light fittings of any description and capacity from wall/ ceiling and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and directed

Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF Powerfill Loresco compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag of 50 Pounds required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set alongwith earth pit weatherproof incl all as specified . Note : Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.
