Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC in floors and pavings in type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) including finishing even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in leveling concrete in floor over neat cement slurry with 3 kg per Sqm of wall/floor surface finished even & rough to receive top floor layer/finish complete all as specified & directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles jointless pattern as required of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premisescompete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridge,eaves boards, hips, velly gutter drip and straight flushing of reuired machine moulded shape and size complete with and including dismantling plain steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar roof coverings and eaves boards of any description complete all as specified and directed.completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Veneered decorative ply wood, 6 mm thick, grade I (with BWR resin), decorative face veneers on one face fixed with nails to timber frame work in wall, ceiling, flat or sloping incl dismantling wall and ceiling boards fibre, pulp insulation etc or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 2nd class soft wood plain fillets,sectional area exceeding 3 sqcm but not exceeding 6 sqcm, square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M &L 2nd Class soft wood (Kail ) Scantling, clean swan, timber framed work and fixed incl dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section and any position in framed work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description n exc 1.00 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats of frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs , walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost ) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 30 mm thick, made 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepare to receive gauge etc (with sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for secruing glass/gauge etc size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I Section 8 Clause 8.20(b), fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm made shutters plain framed, panelled shutter with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm to 15mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part - I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F Galvanished MS wire cloth 0.63 mm nominal dia or wire and average width of aperture 1.40 fixed with tinned tacks or galvanished wire staples all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
