Conducting Structural Rehabilitation for the building Nos P-305A, P-306A, P-315, P-322, P-323, P325, P-326, P-482, P-483, P-67, P-68, P-69, P-70, P-71 & P-203/01 to 05 at Birchgunj Mil Station Port Blair.(approx Plinth area 2812 Sqm) (a) Mobilization and demobilization of tools/equipment and personnel required to execute the job as per specification. (b) VISUAL INSPECTION: - Detailed physical of structural members for their condition as to the distress, deterioration, deformation, connections, alteration and various other damages and defects. (c) Conducting Non – Destructive Test by Rebound Hammer as per IS:13311-Part-II-1992, which rebound numbers converted into compressive strength. Unit rate consist of average of six readings. (d) Conducting Non – Destructive Test of concrete by Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity instrument as per IS 516 (Part 5/Section-I): 2018 using 54kHz / 25kHz transducers. Submitting proper analytical report to codal provision. (e) Conducting Non – Destructive Test of concrete by Half Cell Electrical Potential instrument. MECO make as per ASTM C876-91, to assess the durability of reinforced concrete members. Where reinforcement corrosion is suspended and investigating concrete contaminated by chemical attack. Submitting proper analytical and graphical report with contour showing areas prone to corrosion risk according to codal provision. (f) Carry out corrosion analysis to find out corrosion of reinforcement inside the concrete structure & depth of corrosion, limit of distress Carry out corrosion analysis to find out corrosion of reinforcement inside the concrete structure & depth of corrosion, limit of distress. (g) Conducting and Non – Destructive Test for locating reinforcement bars, cover, approximate bar diameter using Profometer (Scanlog) Rebar detection system, Proceqmake (Switzerland). The instrument shall work for such as (i) Locating rebars, (ii) measuring concrete covers & (iii) determining the approximate rebar diameters. (01 No = 500mm x 500mm grid) (h) Conducting Non – destructive Test by taking out concrete core through HILTI type (made in Liechtenstein) coring machine having facility to take core at any required angle. Concrete core extraction of diameter up to 3” including cutting finishing, capping and testing for compressive strength as per IS : 516 & ASTMC 42 : C42M – 99, SP : 24. 2. (a) Based on the interpretation of the NDT test result & Semi destructive test, the detailed report for remedial measures, repairs, renovation reconstruction actions required alongwith the details steps of the repair work to be done including technical and material specification shall be suggested. The scope covers preparation of BOQ with rate analysis based on prevailing market rate at Port Blair. (b) The core cutting area shall be restored using GP2 / any other high strength concrete without any extra cost. (c) Following shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates for the items: (i) All the material, labours and equipment required for carry out the tests include TPT & Lodging of items of consultants during carryout the structural audit. (ii) Vetting of structural audit report from IIT/NIT/Government. Note: Rate quoted will deemed to be inclusive of all taxes like GST, etc and all the charges of site visit of rep of institution, if any respect.
