M&L for repair to pot holes any depth n-exc 1 Sqm Each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scourig sunken surface in road, path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kgs per 10 Sqm and laying premixed bituminious macadam well rammed and sealed with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade@ 9.8 Kgs per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping of size 6.3mm and again well rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller (Iincluding supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing existing black top surface or bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on back top/concrete surfaces than applying evenly priming tack coat with paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-10 penetration over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 5 Kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying bitumenous premixed semi densse asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder of paving bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradent mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechanical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt grease and other foreign matters etc to receive the marking and M&L for thermo plastic (Reflective) line marking having 2.0 mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part 1) 1989 read in conjunction with the MORTH specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with and MORTH specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed. Note - MORTH specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L premix bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber n.exc 75mm thickness (consolidated thickness) with 4% binder of VG -30 by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechnical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat's eys (Raise pavement marker series 290) made of polycarbonate moulded body with electronically welded micro prismatic lense on both side of maximum retro reflection in wet and dry conditions and to be fixed with BT-69 complete all as specified and directed. S&F delinator made out of 75 mm dia, heavy duty mild steel pipe of length 1200 mm with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with and including three strip of HIP retro reflective type-IX sheet of size 150mm in height all around square pipe with different colour with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil for fixing and embeding the delinator on ground with hold fast using PCC (1:2:4) type B1(using 20mm graded stone agregate) (minimum PCC block size 300mmx300mmx300mm) for proper grouting complete fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in rep ABS plastic speed bumb/speed breakers in parabolic convex shape and of size 750 mm x 250 mm x 75 mm made out of stardy plastic, highly resistance to sever traffic impacts and harsh weather condition,dovetail interlocking sub units, jointed and fixed to make the bump perfectly uniform, bump made out of precolourd material (black/yellow) and UV stablizers to keep them perfectly colourful, studded with reflectors on either side to make it clearly visible to motorists during night hours complete all as secified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick Moorum/Red bajri spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.
