Demolition of any type of roof treament (i.e APP membrane, brick tiles, mud phuska, cement concrete/ lime concrete etc) from roof any thickness including leaping plaster complete all as specified and directed including removing the demolished material from roof outside defence land complete.
Dismantling of brick or brick tiles in floors,roof laid in cement mortar etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.
M&L for cement concrete 1:2 :4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) laid as in padding over roof slabs with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions for providing proper slope including finishing surface by using extra cement even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for five layer prefabricated atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) modified 3 mm thick membrane ( weight not less 3 kg/sqm) reinforced with 160 gms polyester non-woven fabric with scratched tool before finishing roof surface. When the concrete surface is still green, the roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust prior to the application of primer on the dried surface one coat of approved bituminous primer, having density in the range of 0.87 to 0.89 kg /ltr at 25 degree and viscosity of 70 to 160 CPS manufactured by the same manufacturer @ 0.40 litres/sqm shall be applied. APP membrane shall be laid on primed surface torch application method after allowing 24 hours of primer to dry. Laying of APP membrane shall be commenced at the lowest level and worked upto the crest.APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The overlaps shall be of minimum 100 mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction. All overlaps shall be bonded with bitumen primer and levelled by heating the overlaps with butane torch. This treatment shall be done by the approved authorised applicator. Guarantee of treatment shall be for 10 years. Thereafter APP membrane shall be painted with two coat of water proofing paint with aluminium finish. (ii) Independent testing of membrane for the approval of technical parameters specified hereinbefore shall be carried out from the approved laboratories like National test house or any other Govt approved laboratory having facilities for the testing of membrane.
M&L for providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of roof surface in multiple coats @2 litre/sqm. Primary coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and other coats needs to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to be sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes and make 15mm plaster in CM(1:3) with WPC if required complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. When the 2nd coat is wet, the Smartcare EPDM tape (at corners and edges)shall be inserted between second and third coat to secure corners & edges, let the material looze out from the tapes corner. Same treatment of Smartcare Dampproof shall be continued to the parapet walls to better envelope the whole area. The coating shall be terminated carefully to the other side of the parapet wall.This treatment shall be done by the approved authorised applicator. Guarantee of treatment shall be for 10 years.
Material and Labour for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding in CM 1:6 and joints grouted flush pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
All as per item No 06 above but except brick tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking up or down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing with all fittings for 15 mm bore GI tubing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC slab, ceiling , columns, beams,chajja, balconies, staircase and as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, removing of rust from existing steel surfaces with rust removers of SIKA rustoff 100 applied two coats @0.15kg/Sqm per coat of steel surface and cleaning all rust with steel wire brush and washed with water and allowed to dry including S&F welded fabric GI wire mesh or wire , size not less than 75 x 75 mm and 3 mm dia or exising size of TMT bar where required as per Engr-in-charge direction in slab/ceiling/column/beam as reinforcement to concrete. After placing the additional reinforcement, all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scurbbed with brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry to this surface , apply chemical polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement and providing minimum 30 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as directed) with a pressure of 2.2 to 2.5 kg per sqm by guniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering form work etc. and finally applying 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Disconnecting existing tanks exc. 250 and n.exc. 500 ltrs and above, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)
