Supply, install, fixing and commissioning split type air conditioner with cooling function EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR, five star rated with cordless remote control unit and in built air ioniser, plasma filter for better indoor air quality, five star rated suitable for wall mounted, single phase, 230/250 volt AC including breaking necessary hole in wall for fixing indoor and outdoor unit and making good to disturbed surfaces with cement mortar to match with existing finishes after commissioning, making necessary connections unplasticised PVC pipes medium duty 25 mm dia for draining out condensed water all as required including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Quoted rates deem to be included cost of drain pipe, copper tubing and 4 sqmm multi standard copper cable (all 3 mtr length) , backet, hole in brick wall etc. (ii) Installation and commissioning to be done through OEM / its authorised service centre / agency.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of water cooler of full stainless steel (FSS), electric driven, single phase, having nominal cooling capacity 40 litre and storage capacity of 80 litres (environmental friendly gas) including provision of PVC braided connection heavy duty 750mm long with brass union both ends suitable for 15mm bore GI pipe water connection and necessary drain out water PVC pipe of suitable dia and length as required complete. Note :- (i) Quoted rates deem to be included cost of PVC connection, drain out water PVC pipe and making hole in brick wall if required and repared the disturbed surfaces with existing finishes.etc. (ii) Water cooler shall be of make USHA model number SS 40 80 or Bluestar model number - SDIx 4080 or voltas model number FSS 40 80. (iii) Installation and commissioning to be done through OEM / its authorised service centre / agency.

Supply, fixing and commissioning refrigerator electric driven 230V AC 50 AC 50 Hz capacity 308/310 Ltrs frost free, double door 4 star rated and necessary connections complete. Note :- (i) Refrigerator shall be of make LG, Model No GL-T322RSPN or equivalent model of Samsung (ii) Installation and commissioning to be done through OEM / its authorised service centre / agency.

Supply and fix ceiling fans copper wounded 1200 mm sweep white in colour of Aluminium blades (three numbers) and body,double ball bearing, down rod.fan motor, pair of canopy, shackle, assembly kit etc suitable for SP 230 to 250 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply complete. Make Havells CAT No ES-5 star (energy saving fan) or equivalent model.

Supply and fix exhaust fan steel body 300/308mm sweep, heavy duty, four blade, double ball bearing, 1400 RPM, minimum air delivery discharge 6120 CMH suitable for SP, 230/250 volts, 50Hz, AC supply with louver shulter complete. Note :- (i) Unit quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of making suitable dia of hole in wall and finished the surfaces to match the existing schedule of finishes. (ii) Make Havells Ventil Air - DX white or equivalant in crompton / Bajaj

Supply, fix and testing wall mounted air circulators Heavy duty fan 600 mm sweep, vertical angle adjustable from 22 degree to 45 degree with regulator and mounting arrangment , single phase 230 volt AC cycles 50, 180 w power consumption , 1440 RPM, 270 cubic metre per minute air delivery, 3 Nos of Blades, aluminimum alloy one-piece blade, double ball bearing, 90 degree oscillation , study close-mesh gaurd, powerful heavy duty motor including connecting the fitting electrically to the system using 3 run of single core 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated weather proof multistranded copper conductor cable complete. Make :- Havells Model No Turbo Force or equivalant make.

Supplying, fix and Testing Heavy Duty pedestal air circulator fan 450 mm sweep 230 V, adjustable height, AC cycles 50, 180 w power consumption , 1440 RPM, 270 cubic metre per minute air delivery 3 Nos of Blades, aluminimum alloy one-piece blade, double ball bearing, 90 degree oscillation , study close-mesh gaurd, powerful heavy duty motor complete. Make :- Havells Model No Turbo Force or equivalant make.

Supplying, fix and Testing table fans with four blades, 400 mm sweep, single phase, , minimum air delivery discharge 210 CMH suitable for SP, 230/250 volts, 50Hz, AC supply with shulter 6.00 BEE 5 star complete.

Supply and fix Automatic copper wound voltage stabilizer for low and high voltage correction equipped with electronic transistorised relay, time relay for two minute suitable for correction on single phase 50 cycles, AC supply volt meter indicator and input voltage 170 V to 250 V and stabilized voltage between 220 ±5% of capacity 5 KVA. Note : This item shall be fixed with AC catered in respective item of this schedule.

Material and labour sub main wiring with 2 run of single core PVC insulated and PVC Unsheathed, multistranded copper condutor of nominal area 6 Sqmm FRLS, 1100 Volts grade cable drawn into and including rigid non metalic PVC Conduit of size not less than 25mm dia including all fittings and one run of PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor of nominal area 6 sqmm FRLS 1100 volts grade cable continuous earth wire of green colour code complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Two runs of 6.0 sqmm cable and one run of 6 Sqmm cable as earth lead with conduit shall be measured as one unit length for payment. (b) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of cutting chasses in wall for concealling conduit and making good to match with existing finish.

Supply and fix sheet metal single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket capacity 20-32 Amps complete with one No SP MCB capacity 20-32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Garrison Engineer.

Supply and fix steped type electronic fan regulator heavy duty (flush type) 240 volt, 50 Hz, single phase on existing phenotic laminated sheet including taking down existing fan regulator of any type and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed by Garrison Engineer.
