Finishing surface of wall with Acrilic wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to received painting including cost of puty all labour T&P etc complete

Priming one coat of wall cement primer (water bound) including cost of primer all

Finishing wall painting two coats with any approved weather seal coat paint including all cost, carriage, royalty etc

Walls painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work to a given even shade

Supply, ftting, fixing of iron door and window with all cost and carriage etc complete
