Providing and laying 12.50 liter capacity flushing cistern including cost of flushing cistern, fixing in position, cost of transportation charges of all materials to worksite, all labour charges, minor tools, LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Removing and disposing of night soil from septic tank by Mechanically operating vehicle, including cleaning the blockages and removing of night soil and soaked earth from surrounding area of septic tank and disposing the removed sludge/ materials including hire charges of equipped vehicle, all labour charges, minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Removing and disposing of night soil from inspection chamber by manually including removing and refixing of cover slab, cleaning and blockages in sewage pipes and removing of night soil and soaked earth from surrounding area of the inspection chamber and disposing the removed materials at a distance of 500 mtrs from the inspection chamber including cost of kerosene, phynoil, soap all labour charges, minor tools and plants, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Providing form work including centering, shuttering, propping etc, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and exceeding 4 Mtrs and removal of the same in site reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work using marine plywood, as directed by EIC, including cost of all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 pulverised sand and 4 graded local quarry stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of all labour charges, all materials, transportation charges of all materials to work site, minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Providing and laying I st quality Ceramic glazed Floor tiles (600 x 600 mm, thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) confirming to IS 13753 of approved make like Nitco, Oreint, Somany, Kajaria, or equivalent make, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement, 4 mainland river sand) including pointing the joint with white cement and matching pigment, including cost of cement, white cement, transportation charges of all materials, to work site, all labour charges minor tools, GST, LWC, etc, complete.

Providing and fixing wood work of superior hard wood (Cat-II) in frames of doors and other wrought frame, fixed in position, including cost of timber, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, minor tools, GST,LWC, etc, complete.

Providing and fixing pannelling with hard wood planks for shutter doors, windows and clestory windows (Area of opening for pennel inserts excluding portions inside grooves or rebates tobe measured) including costof timber, transportation charge towork site, alllabour charges minor tools, GST, LWC etc, complete. Pannelled or pannelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including priming coat of whiting to give an even shade, including xost of all materials, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, transportation charges of all materials to worksite all labour charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess, GST etc. complete.

Supply and application of Epoxy Concrete Bonding agent (Confirming to and having BS 6319 certification) and over cleaned and properly prepared old concrete surface to give good bonding between old and new concrete, including cost of all materials, labour charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess, GST, etc., Complete.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding systeme(cup lock type) on the exterior side, utp seven storey height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S tube, M.S challies, M.S. clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the require duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall ve stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and aproval of Engineer-in-Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. the payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding, including cost of all materials, all labour charges, transportation charges, minor tools, lanour welfare cess, GST etc complete.

Painting and finishing with antifungal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture of requied colour on under texture to give an even shade at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface inclufing cleaning of the existing painted surface, including cost of primer, antifungal paint, brushes, putty, sand paper, scaffolding and other materials required for this work, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges for cleaning the surgace and painting over the cleaned surface, minor tools,LWC & GST etc. complete.
