S&F in repairs aluminium window bearing any size of windows (incl taking down and refixing the same opening complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Aluminium anodised grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) of approved design/pattern(DG 104), with approved standard section and fixed to existing window frame with CP brass/stainles steel screwnot less than 50mm and @ 200mm c/c, incl cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised alu standard section ( 28mm x 19mm x 2mm thick)around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of EIC.

Water proofing treatment to sunken floor of RCC slab as following steps-

(a) After cleanig the surface applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm and 15mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 with WPC @ weight of cement on bottom/sides of RCC.

(b) Applying first coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) on cleaned plastered surfaces @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) as recommended by manufacturers.

© Provide a layer glass fibre mesh of size 2.25mm x 2.25mm (45 GSM) over first coat of chemical pidifin 2K as manufactures recommendations

(d) Applying second coat of chemical pidifin 2K (DR Fixit or equivalent) @ 0.86 kg/sqm (min) layer glass fibre mesh as recommended by manufacturers.

(e) Spouts of 40mm dia PVC pipes projecting at least by 150mm clear of face of the outer wall.

(f) 30 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement shall be provided on bottom.

15mm thick cement plaster in 1:3 with WPC @ by weight of cement on sides of RCC.

(g) After laying of CI connections apply two coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.7 kg/sqm over vertical sides and floor of sunken portion.

(h) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:7:12 type F2 using 40mm brick aggregate after carrying out required test for joints/water proofing. Note 1:- The treatment shall also be provided over side wall upto a ht of 150 mm above FFL Note 2:- Water proofing treatment will be carried out through authorised applicators approved by GE and testing charge included in item rate.
