Clearing light jungle area, bulb weeds, grass including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth etc. complete, and disposing the same 100 metres away manually or burning them without disturbing other areas etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Contractor must be informed to Engineer-in-charge and prior permission shall be obtained from him for burning the wild growth.

Removal and relaying of G.I. chain link fencing by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 1 km lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

All kinds of soil with depth up to 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth up to a lead of 1Km

All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth up to a lead of 1Km

Supplying & placing Filcrete using cement crushed stone sand in proportion of 1:15 at temperature not exceeding 38 deg C for filling at all elevation inclusive of all labour, batching, mixing, transportation, material, compaction, pumping, curing etc all complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer In-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

for Grading-I material

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, Transom&mullions, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. M30 grade with 380 kg of PPC per cu.m. of concrete

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, etc, in controlled reinforced cement concrete of M30 grade using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including making perforations in precast slab as per drawing weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork, moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer. Note: 1. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using 380 Kg. of PPC Cement per cu.m. of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in schedule F. 2. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS:9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 3. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels for transom & mullions including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, MS/CS pipes,square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like trusses, purlins etc. with curved profile of members using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any reqired also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing, fabricating and fixing hand rail using SS304 grade Stainless Steel pipes, Square sections, plates etc. of approved size and make and quality by cutting to required size, welding, mirror / mat polishing, fixing at site etc. for balcony railing & staircases railing including special sections as per drawings, speciifications complete. A sample to be fabricated and to be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before starting of work at site.This work to be exceuted through approved specialized agency.

Providing and constructing fly ash brick masonry at all lifts using fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:5 including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.

for Basement and Ground Floor

Providing and constructing at all floors and lifts 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using Fly ash bricks including providing and placing in position 2 nos of 8mm dia rods at every 4th layer, scaffolding, curing, racking out the joint on both faces etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

for Basement and Ground Floor

Supplying, providing and laying 200mm thick Cement Concrete block masonry using solid concrete blocks of size 400 x 200 x 100mm manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1) density not less than 1800 kg/cu.m of grade C 4.0 using 20mm down graded aggregates in basement & superstructure at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 including mixing mortar, hacking closely concrete surface, laying blocks, raking joints, curing etc., with all materials, scaffolding, labour, tools etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Reinforcement if provided will be measured and paid under relevant item.

Providing and constructing 100mm thick precast concrete solid blocks masonry wall in cement mortar 1:4 with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x100mm Grade C (4.0), manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Part-1): 2005 density not less than 1800Kg/cum. at all Elevation including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork / concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork / blockwork / concrete at all elevations in cement (PPC) mortar 1:4 using washed cruhed stone sand, 20 mm thick in two layers, base layer 12 mm thick and a top layer 8 mm thick finished rough with sponge. including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing and applying minimum 20 mm thick external Sand faced cement sand plaster in two coats, first coat to be 12 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including mixing approved pure acrylic based polymer modified cementations water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer in both the layers, keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive sand faced treatment. Second coat to be 8 mm thick in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), finishing the surface, by taking out grains or keeping the surface rough to receive finishing work or as required to receive specified architectural external finish, to correct line, plumb and level to external faces of walls, soffits/ceiling if any, independent double legged scaffolding, plastering precast concrete, window sills, RCC cornices, making wattas, drip moulds, pattas etc, curing, cleaning, at all levels, complete all as directed by EIC.

Providing plastering in cement mortar 1:4, 20mm, thick at all elevations with 2% of water proofing compound or as per manufactures specification, 'lmpermo' or approved equivalent make including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, all as per specifications.

Providing and laying approved quality mirror polished Granite slabs for flooring & Skirting of required size & specified colour, pattem and free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners laid at right angles as per pattern over a bedding of cement mortar 1:4, 18mm thick (or backing of cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick as mentioned below) pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of slab and finished in all respects, including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing stone to level and plumb, anti-skid grooves for steps, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample Granite slab shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Providing and fixing Designer Concrete tile Flooring (using "EUROCON / ULTRA / Duracrete" make or approved equivalent type and make) of approved colour and design over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4, setting the tiles in cement slurry including pointing the joints with white cement with matching colour pigments, curing and cleaning the tiles by water sponging after laying complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Designer Concrete wall tile Cladding (using "EUROCON / ULTRA / Duracrete" make or approved equivalent type and make) of approved colour and design in external / internal walls over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3, setting the tiles in cement slurry including pointing the joints with white cement with matching colour pigments, curing and cleaning the tiles by water sponging after laying complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 50mm thick Indian patent stone flooring and skirting with cement concrete 1:2:4, using 10mm and below size hard broken granite stone jelly including dividing strips, laying in panels, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surface smooth, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying 60mm thick rubber moulded with vibratory compaction Factory made cement concrete precast interlocking paver block of M30 grade made and approved size, shape, design, colour & pattern including laid over 100mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, compaction mechanically etc. all complete all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before procurement.

Providing and fixing VITRIFIED tiles in different sizes with water absorption less that 0.08% and confirming to IS 15622 of Marbonite or approved make in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish (as required by Engineer-in-charge) laid over a bed of minimum 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (IN Skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bd of cement mortar 1:3) including machine/hand cutting to required size & SHape, grouting the joints with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of tile patterns, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area complete all as per drawings and specifications. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

In Dados and skirting laid over 12mm thick backing in cement mortar 1:3

Providing and fixing clay tile wall Cladding Nuvocotto or approved make, colour and design in external / internal walls over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3, setting the tiles in cement slurry including pointing the joints with white cement with matching colour pigments, curing and cleaning the tiles by water sponging after laying complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming IS : 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding, tools, tackles, equipment, materials, labour etc.., all complete as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on steel work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to given an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of Structural steel with two coats of Synthetic Enamel (IS 2932) paint (after erection) two finish coat of each 50 micron including supply of paint, spot application of primer, scaffolding at all elevation etc. complete.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for under relevant item) NOTE: 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing, fabricating and fixing stainless steel sculpture as per drawing using SS304L grade Stainless Steel pipes, Square sections, plates etc. of approved size and make and quality by cutting to required size, welding, mirror / mat polishing, fixing at site etc. for sculpture,balcony railing & staircases railing including special sections as per drawings, specifications complete. A sample to be fabricated and to be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before starting of work at site.This work to be exceuted through approved specialized agency.

Providing and fixing in position of 4mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ALCO panel) made up of two skins of 0.5mm thick Aluminium and 3mm sandwich of Polyethylene core PVDF coating with protective film of front side, mill finish on rear side with approved colour and pattern and fixing over frame work of approved size and design to withstand wind pressure up to 200 kg/sq.m .using powder coated anodized JINDAL or other approved equivalent make Aluminium extruded sections including main frame of 103x55x2mm section for verticals, 72x55x2mm section for horizontals, necessary Aluminium /GI angle cleats with slots for adjusting plumb, fixed to the RCC slabs/beam/column with M10 expansion fasteners, the mainframes verticals to span unsupported length of maximum length of 3.5m, including fixing ALCO paneling using double side cross linked polythene spacer tape and structural sealant (GE Ultra glaze SSG 4000 or Dow Corning 795/995 or Wacker SG20), all fixtures, fittings like hinges, hooks, clamps, beading, clips wherever required and all incidentals etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: - 1) Sample shall be got approved before bulk purchase. 2) The ALCO panelling work shall be done by skilled manpower as per manufacture specification. 3). Supply and fixing 2mm thick 304L grade S.S sheet size 1400mm x 1400mm over this logo shall be laser engraving and finishes of Brushed/matt with UV printing and with size 1400 x 1400mm or 1400 dia (coloured) will be fixed on the all elevation with necessary fasters & fixtrures. The cost inculiding tools, labours, scaffolding at all levels. as shown in the approved drawing and specification (Note:- The material if any other changes of colour/sign/pattern to be got approved from Architect before procurement of bulk material. The sample before fabrication to be got approved from EIC before the commencement of work.)
