Dismantling ,clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re-use for any thick ness of wallsDismantling of Weathering Course and Press Tiles

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9"X43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Paving the floor with Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (One Part of Cement and Four part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309)

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter and should have provision to fix AL drops, tower bolt hinges and lock plates inclusive of cost of all materials etc. complete complying with thew standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position of Alu. Anodised Partition with 62x38x2mm extruded box section at bottom vertical and horizontal members. The vertical member are spaced at 90 cm c/c and to horizontal members are spaced at 1.2M, 2.1M and 2.4M height the bottom panels should be covered with 12 mm thick PLB exterior grade and the top and middle panels should be fixed at 4mm thick glass thick glass with necessary glassing clips.rubber beading, etc., including necessary dismantling holes in RCC columns, beams masonry wherever necessary with power power drill ti the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the departmental officers. All the Aluminium sections should be anodised to 1.5microns as per ISI specification 1868/1962.

Painting old wall surface with one coat of Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality including clearing of plaster surface with soap soda and water by manual labour , complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m

Painting one coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the old iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Supply and delivery and fixingof HDPE tank as per IS 12701 /1996 including loading, unloading,transportation and labour chargesfor fixing of the GI pipes andspecials for pipe connectionworks including cutting, threadingand fixing charges etc.,2000litre

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of 100mm thickness in RCC M20 concrete using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil)-SD 18

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 75mm MS switch box for 5A 3 pin non interlocking flush type CS plug wfth painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open plug point SD 10

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator, with 1 metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450mm(18")(SD 106)
