Repair of Water Level Telemetry system by Providing, Fixing & Calibration of Ultrasonic Level Transmitter (Specifications: 24V DC Operated, 0/p 4-20 ma) & 01 No. 6 Digits Level Display (specifications: 24V DC operated) along with AC/DC to DC Universal Convertor (Specifications: 100V-240V/24V DC) at 2x2.25 MW BAP Kafnoo power house under Bhaba power House Division, HPSEBL, Bhabanagar.
Repair of alarm and tripping system panel for existing water level and penstock pressure telemetry system by using relays.
Providing and Replacement of OPU Solenoid valves Seal Kit Make: Rexroth/ Equivalent. Finally installation, testing & successful commissioning complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge
Providing and replacement of defective Indication Lamps: Make:-Teknic, 110V DC White-10Nos, Red: - 10 nos., Yellow:-10 Nos., Green:-10 Nos, Total: - 40 Nos.
Providing & replacement of faulty Pressure Gauges of Generator DE & NDE Side with following specifications: 4kg/cm2 , Adopter Size-1/4” 2" Dial Final installation, testing & successful commissioning complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge
Providing and replacement of RTD’s of PT100
Fabrication, providing and fixing of O-rings for complete turbine (Top cover, Bottom cover, Guide vanes, Draft tube etc.) Size :-4mm,5mm,6mm,7mm,8mm,9mm,10mm,11mm,12mm (Each 10 mtr.)
Checking and filling of Nitrogen gas in 04 Nos. OPU accumulator cylinders of unit -1 & unit-2. Max gas pressure:-85-92 bar Nitrogen purity:- 99.99 % d) Providing and filling of Nitrogen gas will be done at site only/- e) Transportation & security of top-ups gas cylinders to & fro to site will be in scope of contractor. f) Finally installation, testing and successful commissioning of above system complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C.
